Important Notice: Community Pool Closure

Please be advised that the Bella Vida community pool will be closed to all residents beginning November 6 for resurfacing. The project is expected to take approximately 3–4 weeks to complete. We appreciate your understanding while this improvement work is underway.



Guest Access:

Parking

• Up to 3 vehicles can park in the driveway. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.



Property Access

• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.

• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, trailers, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.

• Please keep your card safe during your stay. A $50 replacement fee will apply for any lost amenity card.



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. Please request at least 24 hours in advance.

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance so everything is ready for your arrival.

• Rent a Pack ’n Play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are strictly prohibited and may result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of deposit.

Please check out on time. Late departures will be charged $150 per hour.

Large messes may result in additional cleaning fees. Please clean up after yourselves.

Pets are not permitted. Any evidence of pets will result in fines and/or deposit forfeiture.

No liability is assumed for injuries from pool use. Please use at your own risk and follow safety guidelines

Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited.

Violations of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate removal without refund.



Community Notice (Bellavida):

• Recreational vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side-by-sides are strictly prohibited. Any damage to common areas will be the responsibility of the guest.

• Please be advised that the community pool will be temporarily closed beginning Friday, November 6, for resurfacing. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
