Perfect for family

Perfect for our family of 5! It was nice for everyone to have their own space to relax at the end of the day. The kids loved the pool area which we could view from the porch. Publix grocery store just around the corner which was super convenient to grab a quick meal. Plenty of kitchen supplies to make several easy meals. I was very grateful they supplied a few basic toiletry items to get started if there wasn't time to run to a store first. Beds were comfy with a small fan and extra blankets in each room. Communication was seemless. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay - would rent again!

We stayed here for my daughter's volleyball tournament at the Convention Center, and could not have been happier. Location: It was about a three minute drive to the Convention Center, has a small shopping center right outside of the complex (including a Publix, Dunkin, etc), and was just a few minutes away from International Drive with all kinds of fun things to do and restaurants. Property: This is part of a newer section of Vista Cay (called the Reserve) outside of the main resort. It had a nice large pool, so we never felt the need to go to the main resort. You can see the pool from the condo, and was a one minute walk. This place felt very family oriented (not a party place) and we always felt very safe. Unit: Everything felt very clean and new! Appliances worked great, condo was always cool, and it was quiet and spacious. Bedrooms had extra blankets (we used for getting cozy in the livingroom) and small table fans. The beds were super soft! If I had to make any suggestions (these are not complaints!), it would be just to add a few more touches that I've really appreciated at other VRBO's. Things laundry baskets in the closets, pool towels, a couple hooks for hanging wet clothes/towels, a few laundry detergent packs, and some cards/board games for rainy days really made a difference. Great place! Would 100% stay here again!

Volleyball Tournament

Perfect for a long weekend

Clean, updated, comfortable and conveniently located near Universal Studios, the Convention Center and most of all, a public, Dunkin’ and more within walking distance. We will be back for our next volleyball tournament at the convention center soon!

Met all needs

The unit was clean, and it was central to all Disney attractions. There was a lot of construction in the back of the unit (bedrooms) so we had a few issues with construction noise. Overall a great place.

Great Stay for Swim Competition

Our family was here for 5 days for a large swim meet in the area. Having a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and separate bedrooms was wonderful. Everything was clean and the unit was exactly as pictured. Would stay again. Location to the Publix was super convenient as well.

Universal Studios trip

This property was beautiful. Looked just like the pictures, with an updated Keurig coffee maker (cup or pot) of coffee. Loved the end unit. Plenty of parking. Very close to Universal, less than 20 minute drive. Pool and hot tub across the street very convenient. Rosely was very responsive, we arrived 15 minutes early, I messaged her and she unlocked the door so we could go in a little early. You can't go wrong staying at this beautiful Condo.

Highly recommend!!!

We usually stay in hotels. This was our first time booking on Vrbo.. I have to admit I am very picky about cleanliness! That’s my first priority and this location gets 5 stars! I was very impressed! Sheets and towels were pristine! Washer, dryer and kitchen area are very useful, new and clean. Location was about 20 min from Disney which wasn’t too bad, considering I like to stay walking distance from any attraction on vacation. I would totally choose this location again compared to a Disney hotel that has so much foot traffic and overpriced. We were completely satisfied! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent in every way!

We arrived to find a completely immaculate home. We walked to the big pool where the bartender was very nice. The last day, my husband brought our two friends to the airport, so I spent time at the smaller pool near the condo. That was also very nice. I would highly recommend this condo. Both times I sent a message to Rosely, she graciously replied. This is very close to a strip of great restaurants, not all chains. The location is excellent! I hope to come back some day!

2nd stay with this rental company at this location. Mr. Rosely is responsive and great to work with. We had no issues during our stay. Condo is comfortable and stocked with basics for making meals. The washer/dryer was great to have. Publix is in walking distance as are several take out locations. Very close to Disney!

Clean and beautiful

This property was beautifully decorated and clean. We were a family of 5 and it had everything we needed! All the furnishings were of good quality and in great condition (really nice washer/dryer). Definitely would recommend and would stay there again-great location! Once the new pool is finished it will be even better! Minor marks on the walls (expected with people coming and going) and a few ants in the bathroom. Otherwise superb and easy access!

Perfect for AAU

This property was within 5 mins of the convention center. There were plenty of activities within 20 mins (Disney Springs, outlet mall, etc). The condo is as it appears in the pictures. The only thing I wish we had more of was a later check out and more dishes to cook. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Restorative get-away

This was the perfect spot for a family visiting theme parks in the area. The property was so spacious and clean… the pool and hot tub were great and well-used throughout our stay! We absolutely loved having Publix so close. The manager was wonderful and very responsive!
