Vacation Resort Home Right Outside of Disney World Parks with Private Pool by RedAwning

Our Disney themed home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Inside includes a large

living room, full size dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen and game room. The

outside of the house has a fully screened in-ground pool, patio table and

chairs.



The resort has a large in-ground pool, splash pad, arcade, gym, playground,

movie theater, convenience store and tiki bar with food and drinks.



The home is a 5 minute drive to the main gate of the Disney Resort.



Blue Stream Fiber Optics Internet



Linens provided, all beds will be set up and ready for you. We also provide a

second set of linens in case you would like to change your bedding mid stay.



Towels Provided, Hallway closet is fully stocked with Bath and Pool towels.



Full Gym located within resort at no additional cost.



This home is located within a luxury gated resort community. Clubhouse has

almost everything you could want on your family vacation to the Disney Parks

without the high cost of staying on Disney's property. 5 minute drive will

bring you to the Main Gate of the Disney Resort, 25 minute drive to

Universal/Seaworld. (traffic permitting)



Many children/adult DVDs in the home. Also Movie Theater within the resort

children can request movies to watch.



Home has a large Game Room with Large Flat Screen Television with Cable TV

box, Foosball Table, and board game table with games. An Arcade is also

located at clubhouse.



Two car parking in driveway. No additional cars can be parked at home. Street

parking is prohibited. One parking spot is available at the clubhouse with the

owner's approval. No extra cars permitted.



This property has ring doorbell cameras placed in the front entry only.

Although they are rarely in recording mode, this video footage is not shared

and is recorded for liability reasons incases of a break-in, death, injury,

guests sneaking in unregistered pets, etc. Any attempt at disabling or

obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted

without a refund. If evicted, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Perfect!

Our family has done Disney many times and always stay at a Disney World Hotel. Now our “kids” are adults and we had the opportunity to travel with them and a few of their friends to Disney, so we decided to rent a house. This place was perfect for us; it was clean, spacious, and adorable. The location was great and we enjoyed the pool. I would recommend it!

Excellent Location Especially when competing at ESPN

The property is as goodor better than the pictures online. I was skeptical, but no need to be, place was better than expected. The location is absolutely amazing if you are competing at ESPN. Gated community threw me off when I arrived, but the gate person was well of how to check us inaware of how to check us

Paid extra for pets. Ended up paying for cleaning supplies and cleaning myself. House pet odor was horrendous upon entry. Owners offered a bottle of Fabreeze. Yep, I ended up cleaning up after someone else’s pet. Internet was questionable. Pictures of backyard is misleading. No grass area for pets to do their business. Which means you got to put a leash on evey time. Previous occupants obviously didn’t have a leash. Could have been so much better!

Good for families- Check pool and coffee machine before you go.

We were excited to stay at this property but we used it far less than we planned. Decor, beds, toiletries, laundry and tvs were great but our little ones did not let us forget that the pool was not usable the entire stay. It had a thick white film on the surface of the pool and yellow chunks of algae/pollen-like substance. We ended up going to a waterpark to offset this disappointment.The coffee machines were wonky but we got the kcup to work after it flooded. If the pool and coffee worked we would’ve rated this perfect.

Fantastic Disney-Themed Detached House

My wife and our two dogs were stuck in a bit of a find, and we needed to find a new VRBO very last-minute. We were able to connect and find this place and couldn't have been happier! It is quite spacious and clean, and although we didn't use the pool because of the weather, it is a very nice screened in area.The dork in me was thrilled to gawk at all of the Disney/Star Wars themed decorations throughout the the rooms, so extra bonus for my fellow geeks out there!As a bonus, it's within a gated community, and there's full access to their on-site convenience store, game room, movie theater, and small workout facility. They even have planned community activities, and you automatically get invited to the activities while you're staying there.The only small negative is that there is a direct contact but then also a property management company. They deal with different things, and it was confusing trying to figure out whom I contact about what. Otherwise, the responsiveness was very good when I had questions about anything during the stay.Loved this place and we will definitely strongly consider it next time we're in the area!

Disney trip

We recently stayed at this property and enjoyed it greatly. We were able to bring out two dogs. The only complaint we had and isn’t really something the owner can control is that for the majority of our stay it smelled like raw sewer outside. To the point that we didn’t want to use the outside pool until it didn’t smell any more. Over all it was a great stay and very close to all four Disney parks.

Very Clean

Very clean place. The pool was a little chilly but we used the clubhouse pool. Wish there would have been some hand soap in the home, more toilet paper, paper towels, aluminum foil, etc. Also no pizza pan or baking pans. We made do but would have been helpful. We bought more paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and Dawn dish soap. Enjoyed the location and how clean it was. Also a very safe neighborhood and area. Would use again. Thank you!

Great house in a great location!!

As marketed.

House is as marketed. Convenient for a WDW family getaway. Checkin was a breeze and the house was fairly stocked with towels and linens. Kitchen was well stocked with dining wares and cooking utensils.

Property was very outdated with numerous issues, purchased less than a year ago from someone else

First I want to say the decorations were cute and the owner did respond quickly. I thought Red Awning Rentals was the property manager, but they are not. They are basically an ad agency for the owners. This home was purchased less than a year ago and was previously used as a VRBO. The majority of reviews were left based on the house when it was owned by the former owner. The decorations were cute, good location, and the property manager responded quickly. However I left early because there were just too many issues. I texted the property owner the list of issues with no response. Hi. I wanted to let you know I’m checking out a day early. Honestly, there are just too many issues and I’d rather go back home. Several safety issues- Fire extinguisher hasn’t been serviced since 2021 The alarm on the back door for the pool doesn’t work The top rack in the dishwasher is broken- but your cleaning team must know that. It’s missing the piece that holds it together. Other issues- Beds are terrible and the only bed I could sleep on is in the room with zero air containing coming in. The exhaust vent in master bath doesn’t work. Broken child guard outlet protector stuck in outlet in the kitchen. I don’t think your pool filter is working properly- it’s not cleaning the pool and the chemicals are excessively high. I couldn’t use the pool. Washer barely works. Dryer barely works Cockroaches, no blinds/curtains, and more…. Other issues, but I can only write so much for the review.

Vacation home rental

Nice decorated home but...pool was not working for entire time Friday-Wednesday. Pool pump broke. Was told pool was treated but not the same if it isn't circulating. Understand that equipment breaks down but was hoping for atleast one day of swimming in a clean pool. Was told would be fixed by Tuesday. Left Wednesday morning still not fixed. Went to a theme park Tuesday and was hoping to swim in a circulating and clean pool Tuesday evening. Didn't happen. Understand Monday was a holiday as well but there was no communication to let me know that it wasn't going to be fixed by Tuesday. Paid a lot of money to have to clean out bugs and have a dirty pool bottom. Would have been a nice gesture to offer a little bit of a refund or even an apology for the inconvenience. I picked this house because I liked the added privacy of the frosted window panes but... Also if you are wanting to use the grill be prepared to clean it. Doesn't look like it has ever been cleaned. Hopefully the next guest will be able to enjoy a working pool.

No worries here

Really liked this place and would return. 15 minutes or less to all Disney parks. The décor was awesome. Perfect for four adults or one family. Might be a little tight for multiple families with kids. There is only the master bath and one other bathroom. The second bathroom is fairly small. Kitchen is well stocked and has a nice nook. Big dining room table. Nice game room. Quiet neighborhood. Guard at check in was very pleasant and helpful!

Great Host Great Home and Even Better Location

The house was nice, the host was quick to answer a question and the location was close to everything. Very safe neighbourhood with great neighbours. Pet friendly neighbourhood. Park for the kids with tennis courts and a basketball court

Great Disney Home

House was very nice and decorated Disney. The pool was warm and was nice to come home to after a day at the parks. The kids loved the game room as well. Great communication from the owners and easy check in and check out process.

Only had one unexplained issue after we got back some how the propane tank next too the grill or on the grill after the grass was mowed was turned on (have to check with my son on which one) and back area bye the pool smelted like propane for couple hours

Amazing Stay

The property was just as advertised. There were a lot of household items that were there that were not listed on the site ( surprised and helpful). The AC was a littler warmer than we usually have it set on but there were fans. The washer and dryer took a hot minute to wash and dry but I was happy to be able to do laundry. Great location to Disney
