Welcome to our extraordinary and luxurious 10-bedroom, 8-bath vacation home! This new property accommodates up to 29 guests and promises an unforgettable stay with its thoughtfully designed and uniquely themed rooms, perfect for families, friends, and children alike. From the Avengers-inspired oasis to the Princess suite, Harry Potter, Super Mario, Toy Story, and a stunning loft with a cinema, poker, and pool table, every room is carefully crafted to offer a memorable and immersive experience.

Themed Bedrooms: Princess, Harry Potter, Avengers, Mario Bros, Toy Story

Entertainment: Air hockey table, movie theater, TV, game console, poker and pool table, arcade machines, and a PlayStation 5.

Outdoor Space: private pool & SPA and optional BBQ grill.

Comfort & Convenience: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, and modern living spaces.

Resort Amenities: Resort-style pool, lazy river, hot tub, splash playground, cabanas, hammocks, loungers, tiki bar, clubhouse, fitness center, arcade game room, playground, sports courts, mini golf, and on-site shop.

Guest Information:

Housekeeping: Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Optional daily or mid-stay service available upon request (extra fee).

Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments.

Trash Disposal: Please use 13-gallon bags and place trash in the bin by the front door on collection days to keep the home tidy.

Parking: A maximum of 5 cars is allowed per house in this resort. Only 2 cars may be parked in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted—additional vehicles must be parked at the designated townhome parking on Lana Avenue.

Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided. Washcloths are not included due to health regulations.

For your convenience, we provide starter supplies including soap, a dish sponge, dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests can purchase any additional items at nearby supermarkets.

Kitchen Amenities: Fully equipped with waffle maker, toaster, ice cream maker, panini press, air fryer, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Extra fees apply for BBQ use ($75 one-time) and pool heating ($50 per night, 3-night minimum)
Please note: Our facility features a spa, not a Jacuzzi.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia
Check in was smooth. House is beautiful just as pictured. The resort is very nice. The host stayed in contact at all times and was extremely helpful with anything I needed. Kitchen and dining is very big accommodates many. Entry to resort was delayed on the first day only for check in after that it was easy access.
