La nostra bella e spaziosa villa si trova su Hampton Lakes, una prestigiosa comunità situata sull'autostrada 27 a metà strada tra l'Interstate 4 e l'autostrada 192. Ci sono 4 camere da letto - 2 camere matrimoniali, 2 camere doppie, 2. 5 bagni, 2 salotti separati, cucina completamente attrezzata e una piscina privata.
L'area della piscina gode di sole dalla mattina alla sera e una vista sul lago. Dopo una giornata intensa nei parchi a tema o nel golf, è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e mangiare all'aperto e ammirare gli spettacolari tramonti della Florida.

La nostra villa luminosa e spaziosa è stata ristrutturata con gusto secondo i più alti standard e quasi tutto è stato sostituito. C'è una grande camera familiare con una grande TV che offre un pacchetto completo tra cui calcio e golf Premiership, DVD, perfetto per una serata di film in famiglia, mentre la sala formale offre pace e tranquillità per chiunque desideri rilassarsi con un libro dalla buona selezione disponibile.

Vi è la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, lettore DVD con selezione di DVD e una sala giochi ben attrezzata con tavolo da biliardo, ping pong, freccette, racchette da tennis e mazze da golf.

T V sono nella maggior parte delle camere da letto, ma una rilassante sala tranquilla è lì per un tranquillo relax.

C'è un barbecue a gas è disponibile per mangiare fuori porta accanto al ponte piscina appartata.

Il sistema di allarme villa, anche se facile da usare è di un livello molto alto ed è monitorato 24 ore. La villa è in posizione ideale per parchi a tema Disney, campi da golf, negozi e ristoranti e si trova a pochi minuti dalla Interstate 4. Very well equip house with a private pool and games in the garage. The location is great with 30-45 minutes drives to the parks and outlets. The owner follows up very closely. We will absolutely recommend this house.

The villa was exactly as displayed in the photos and everything we needed was there. Pool area was great and plentiful supply of pool towels and a few toys. Games room was fantastic for evenings after park days. Location was great and easy to get to the 192 or i4. Richard contacted us a few days into our stay to check how we were getting on. This was a great touch. We will definitely look to rebook on our next visit to Florida.

The house was very nice, the house is fully equipped with everything from towels and silverware to basic essencials. It was very clean, my kids loved the house, lots of Space for relaxing and playing. The pool was very clean although my kids didnt enjoy it that much because of the cold weather it was still nice. I reserved the house for 8 People but then ended up Being only 5. I recommend this house 100% and consider coming back to this villa when coming back to Florida.

Overall, a great stay! Clean, lots of dishes/amenities in the kitchen. Pool was great! Had lots of room, loved that the master bedroom was downstairs and the other three upstairs. Pool/ping pong table was nice to have. Location is not bad for parks, take the roads thru disney (western way) and it will save you time and lots less traffic. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Overall, the house met all of our expectations it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. As advertised, it was located close to Disney, highways, stores etc. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was a perfect size for the kids. The owner checked in regularly, but no issues were reported.

We were so nervous booking a house in another country—we usually stay in hotels. We are so happy we booked this Florida villa and if we ever return to the area we will definitely be rebooking. The Burtons were very fantastic from the start. When had to change our booking (twice!), Richard was totally supportive and flexible. The house was so attractive, clean, and spacious and the pool was lovely. The neighborhood was beautiful as well. We felt very safe and comfortable. It was only about 30 minutes to Disney World which was great. Our teenagers were so sad to leave the villa at the end of the week. They absolutely loved it.

Stayed a week in the house. The neighborhood is very safe for small kids. There is everything you need for a great stay, including a pool table/ping pong table. The house is about 25 minutes from the parks. I would stay again!

We were a group of 4 golfers that went there to play- This property was perfectly located for our trip. close enough to many golf courses to choose from- The house was very clean and well kept- and the pool area was awesome- we had a small issue with a Coffee machine not working but it was resolved and replaced with a New one as soon as we brought it to Richards attention. Definitely recommend this property for your stay in the Davenport area. We will surely return in the future!

My family absolutely loved staying here. This is our...........5th time in Orlando and this house was PERFECT! The kids loved riding the scooter and playing in the pool. I loved how it wasn't too far away but far enough. The owners called all the way from England to make sure everything was going well. I love the notebook that gave us places to eat, shop, etc. Definitely want to stay here again when we come back!

We had a wonderful time staying in the villa for the month of February, great weather and we escaped all of the snow Ohio got while we were there! Richard called us when we got there to see if everything was okay and had everything printed out for us telling about local attractions and directions how to get there. Very close and convenient to everything we needed. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks which made it easy to walk every day. We would recommend this property to anyone!

We stayed at Pat and Richard’s villa for the month of February 2020. It was our first time booking through VRBO. The pictures are a true representation of the villa. Communication was prompt with a pre-arrival email package that was the BEST (all the details for directions, airports, restaurants, etc,). We loved the pool and having a washer and dryer was so much appreciated. The location is central to so many restaurants and family attractions. We walked the neighbourhood daily. We were happy with the accommodations and highly recommend others to stay.
