House was NOT clean (floors needed mopping, seat on toilet upstairs wasn’t clean, baseboard throughout house was dusty, cobwebs at entrance).

Excellent stay!

Clean, large and comfortable! Only qualm I had was the distance to certain attractions. But the positive thing about that it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Would definitely rent this again!

Beautiful Development

Not only is the house very nice and roomy it's in a beautiful development with an amazing pool, lounge, playground areas (one playground is in the pool with a dump bucket on top!) that is a destination of itself.

Nice place, odd rules, more checkin directions needed

The property was nice, the rooms mostly clean. The rules were a little odd like having to take and send pictures of the towels? As it was most of us brought our own towels to use. It's fine but added to out luggage. I will say they NEED to add directions on how to open the door. We had to call and ask for help. They better not charge extra for that! Bring extra toilet paper with you and extra trash bags. They do not provide enough.

We had a great Stay!

The home was very beautiful and the property was great. Amenities on the property was outstanding! Only thing was the home was not cleaned very well. Whatever cleaning service they have is not doing a great job. The beds were not very comfortable could use a mattress topper! Having those to thing taken care of would definitely make me rent there again!

Overall the property was good and the location was great.

The photos do not give the best representation of the property, the pool is a joke it does not look like the picture. The carpet desperately needs replacing. Also having to take pictures of the towels before and after seems foolish and is a pain. The location and size are the perks of this property.

There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a week stay. Only one extra garbage bag for entire stay. The screen door patio was Brooke and continued to fall off the track every time we opened it. For the most party it was clean. Few spots of dust and dirt through floor and shelves. Corners in every bathroom were dirty.

Great place!

This is a beautiful property! Lots of room to spread out! The only thing I would suggest is that housekeeping do a little better job. There were fingerprints all over the windows. Several little personal items were found. The shower heads need some CLR. Also, maybe a bigger pan in the kitchen! lol We made a mess cooking! Other than that, excellent property and would stay there again! Thank you!

Disney /New year getaway

Overall this house is a great layout and overall space for 2 families. Kids loved the pool especially since we heated it up so they could use it in the evenings as well. House itself could use a good detailed cleaning and touch ups completed I feel that that the management company is not looking out and taking care of issues. We arrived and old previous tenant trash was still out front pool was dirty and needed to be attended to the inside floors were very dirty and your socks would be gross if u walked downstairs without shoes. Resort itself was pretty nice with good amenities but did experience neighbors with very loud music at all hours until late into the night early morning hours and would start again at 1pm. Community security didn't seem to care even after calling I would not rent from this company again in the future

House was great. Gated community.

Spacious, great location and gated/security. Only 2 down falls was that the dooe code door knob was faulty and took us several minutes getting in. I emailed the management a question after my stay and did not get a respomce back. Other than that, our stay was great and would stay there again and I do recommend.

Mostly good

We had an overall good experience, however the photos are a bit deceptive. The photos don't indicate that this is basically an apartment complex. Our neighbors were very loud and partied until the wee hours (including shooting fireworks on the weekends). We also expected (from the photos) that the beds were larger, and were surprised to find only one king bed. 2 bedrooms had full beds and one had twin beds. Cleaning could have been a bit better, as there was trash under beds and behind nightstands. All in all we had a good experience, even though our expectations were a little higher based on the photos.

Nice Home

We had a really good time at this property. The pool was great and worth the heated fee. Just a few thoughts for an even better stay next time: Ensure the batteries in the remotes work as neither remote worked for us. Basic pots/pans would be great as well. We would definitely still stay if in the area again!

Great house in a great location!

Our recent stay in this great house was awesome! It was very clean and well decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The amenities at the resort were very nice for the days we weren't at the parks which are located within short 20-30 minute drive from the house. Unfortunately, the pool heater wasn't working so we weren't able to use it but we had excellent communication from the property manager and quick refund of our heating fees. I would definitely recommend this property and MagicBox to others and will rent from them again next time we travel to the Orlando area!
