Designed for families and friends who want more than just a place to stay — this is a vacation experience in itself.

Step inside and feel the calm of a stylish, open-concept home where every detail has been carefully curated. The spacious living area features a 65” Smart TV and cozy seating, perfect for movie nights or lazy mornings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, gather, and connect, with seating for everyone between the dining table and breakfast bar.

Outside, your private screened pool invites you to unwind under the Florida sun. Fire up the BBQ grill, enjoy dinner al fresco, or simply lounge with a drink while the kids splash around.

When it’s time to rest, five beautifully designed bedrooms offer comfort and privacy for up to 12 guests:

- Ground Floor: Queen bedroom with Smart TV and shared full bathroom.

Upstairs:

- Master Suite 1 – King bed, Smart TV, private bathroom.
- Master Suite 2 – Two Twin beds, Smart TV, private bathroom.
- Two themed bunk rooms – Twin over Full bunk + Twin trundle, Smart TVs, shared bath.

You’ll have full access to Windsor Island Resort’s world-class amenities, including a lazy river, heated resort pool, water slides, fitness center, café and bar, and sports courts. Whether it’s relaxing, playing, or exploring — this home puts you in the center of it all.

Only a short drive to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and the best shopping in Orlando — yet tucked inside a peaceful gated community that feels worlds away from the crowds.

Overall we highly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, beds were comfy, enough towels, well-supplied kitchen.We had a minor issue with the TV which was taken care of right away. The communication with the owner was spot on. On the other hand the house could need some tlc, e.g. marks on the walls from carrying the suitcases up and down the staircase etc.. We know that those things happen and it wouldn't stop us from renting this house again. Yet, we would give it 4.8 instead of 5.0 stars.

Great vacation

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was as described, clean and welcoming. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. We enjoyed the close proximity to the club house and local community. We learned quickly that navigating the entrance during high traffic times (check in/park closure) was best if avoided.

Townhouse in a good location - directly opposite the clubhouse and community pool consisting of large pool and lazy river and slides.Beside the living room, there is a separate sitting area with TV on the second floor.

Fantastic townhouse!

This townhome was outstanding! Exceptionally clean, really modern and new furnishings, wonderful pool area, and well-stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable as well, and it is directly across from the resort pool area. We loved every aspect of our stay, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A beautiful place to stay

AMAZING!

We loved this house! It was clean, spacious, and had everything new needed to enjoy a long holiday weekend with friends. The pool at the house was an added bonus that the kids enjoyed for countless hours! Check in and check out were simple and the owner was super responsive and easy to work with. The neighborhood amenity center was awesome and walking distance from the house. For no additional cost there was a zero entry pool, 2 water slides, lazy river, kiddie area, hot tub, free arcade, mini golf, and basketball courts. There was also a restaurant and bar on site. We definitely recommend this house and look forward to visiting again.
