We have a Jon Boat that you can also use to enjoy a great scenery in Lake Lucy!

Feel perfectly at home in this 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home. Perfect for travelers, friends, families or even those who are in the city for business!

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin and a bathroom just outside the room. The 3rd bedroom also has 1 full and 1 twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. There's 1 twin in the 4th small bedroom. There are also 1 full pullout bed in the living room and 1 futon in the master bedroom - which makes this place comfortable for up to 10 guests!

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

I have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!

The house includes a 5G fiber high-speed internet connection of up to 325 Mbps download speed and up to 185 Mbps upload speed, 2 TVs with streaming app access, 2 fireplaces, a charcoal bbq grill, large yard, and a Jon boat in waterfront that are all available during your stay!

There are also 3 parking spots in front of the house off the road and 1 on Red Gate Road by the driveway.

Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.
1. Parties or events are allowed IF we are told what kind of party and approximately how many people will attend AND we allow it.
2. Guests are allowed if 5 or less people and the total number is not over 12.
3. No smoking/vaping IN the house. No tampering with the smoke alarm. Smoking outside is allowed but put all cigarette butts in garbage. $350 fine for disobeying.
4. No excessive noise after 10 pm.

*Pets allowed (dogs only). Maximum of 2 small dogs, weighing up to 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets.
