House Rules

* Dispose of household trash daily in the designated bench or
dumpster to help keep the home clean.
* Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or repair
charges resulting from non-compliance with house rules.

Parking

* A maximum of 5 vehicles is permitted per unit; any additional
vehicles must be parked offsite.
* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, recreational
vehicles, and watercraft are not permitted. A $50 penalty applies
for violations.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heating must be requested in advance and may not always be
available.
* Pool temperature will not exceed 95°F.
* The attached spa is not a hot tub and can only be heated when the
pool is heated; both will be the same temperature.
* Pool heating may be affected by cold weather, and the heater may
temporarily shut off as part of its safety system.
* If pool heating is used during cold conditions and does not reach
the desired temperature, no refund will be provided.

Deliveries

* Standard postal deliveries may not be accepted at vacation homes
and could be returned to sender.
* Some deliveries may be directed to the clubhouse, and some resorts
may not accept packages.
* Guests are responsible for any unexpected issues related to online
purchases or deliveries.
