0 STAR dirty home, many issues. Very poor customer service & experience
Our family of 13 with toddlers had a horrible experience. Reasons being: 1. Checked in at 4pm to a dirty house. Towels on floors, used beds, garbages full. Crumbs and stains all over surfaces and floors. Wasted time contacting and sending proof before cleaners came. After a full day of travel, coming to a dirty house and not able to use it for 3.5hrs is horrible especially with little children. 2. Listing says bbq available. After paying in full, they said there’s no bbq but still charged the extra bbq cleaning fee! Had to go rent my own with 3rd party rental, no compensation. 3. Paid extra for daily pool heating for the week, but pool wasn’t heated. Had to call again. 2 days of no heat, the pool guy didn’t show up until next day so had to wait for water to heat up.4. No extra toilet paper or dish soap, dish pods, since cleaners rushed and didn’t leave any new supplies. Had to go out and buy all our own. Rental didn’t state we had to provide these ourselves. All in all, customer service was very poor. Aside from an apology, “so sorry”, we didn’t receive any compensation for time lost and inconveniences. So much time was wasted, messaging and calling, back and forth to resolve issues. We just wanted to relax and enjoy our time. Would not recommend rent somewhere else.
