The Space:

Inside the condo, you will be sure to find every comfort of home and more, ensuring a relaxing and carefree holiday! Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather from your own porch right off the living area. Along with the FREE use of all the exciting amenities within the Windsor Hills Resort, we are sure this property will be a dream come true.

The condo has a spacious living room with a dining room. In the kitchen you will find a KEURIG, Mickey Waffle Iron, Coffee Maker, and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils that you could need to make a nice home cooked meal.

There are three separate bedrooms:
1 - A King bed with en suite bathroom
2 - A Queen bed
3 - A Pixar Themed bed room with a bunkbed (twin on top, queen on bottom)

There is a pack n play (with sheets), two strollers, a high chair, and a large wagon in the condo for the guest to use.

OUR CONDO IS SELF CATERING. For your convenience, we will provided you with an initial supply (starter kit) of necessities including starter hand soap, toilet paper (one roll per bathroom), trash bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap. Once these items have been used, it is the Guest’s responsibility to replenish them for their own use during their stay.

*Bathroom starter kit comes with two bars of hand soap, one hotel-sized bottle of shampoo, one hotel-sized bottle of conditioner, and two rolls of toilet paper.

*Kitchen starter kit comes with a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, one packet of dishwasher soap, one packet of laundry soap, and four trash bags.

This condo is ideal for 2-4 adults and 1-4 children. Please do not book if you have 7 adults or more than 7 people TOTAL in your group (this includes babies). I will need to know the exact number of people in your reservation. Please keep in mind that there are security cameras in the building (NOT in the condo) and we have a video door bell. If any additional, unauthorized guest show up you will be charged an extra $25 per person per day.

We usually only allow guest to stay for 14 nights. If you would like to stay longer please send me a request. If you are approved to stay longer than the 14 days we will need to send the cleaning crew in half way through your stay for a cleaning. This additional cost will be paid by the guest.

Pets of any kind and smoking of any kind are not allowed in the condo, on the balcony, or in the condo building (including hallways). Any evidence of pets or smoking (including e-cigs and vaping) inside or around the property will incur an additional $1000.00 deep-cleaning fee.

**THIS CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE WINDSOR HILLS RESORT**
You will have to have a valid drivers license in order to drive on the property. You will need to pass through the Security gate in order to enter the Resort. I will let Security know how many people are in your group and if that number does not match the number of people in your vehicle, you will be denied entry to the Resort.

Getting around:

1 mile to the Super Market, 6.9 miles to Epcot, 7.6 miles to Magic Kingdom, 5.6 miles to Hollywood Studios, and 3.7 miles to Animal Kingdom. We are also only 16 miles from Universal Studios, 12 miles from Sea World, and 33 miles from Legoland if you don't want to spend all of your time at Disney World. We are conveniently located just 24 miles to the Orlando International Airport.

Before your arrival, I will enter your name (as it appears on your VRBO reservation - make sure this matches your Drivers License) and the number of guest into the PROPTIA database. Security will verify the number of guest and if the number I give them does not match the number of people in the vehicle, you will not be allowed to enter the Resort. After I've entered this information into the database, an email will be sent to you from Security with a ePass/Rental Voucher. Please present this voucher (either on your phone or on paper) and your Drivers License to Security when you arrive. If you will be diving more than one car please let me know as I will need to enter each driver into the PROPTIA database.

Guests & visitors will be required to validate their reservation with Security at the front gate.

Drivers must present a valid driver's license to confirm ID. You must have a valid driver's license to drive onto the property.

There are no assigned parking spots, so park anywhere that is available.
