Step into Enchanted Haven Villa, a 10-bedroom, 8-bathroom luxury retreat in the gated Windsor Island Resort, designed for large families and groups of up to 22 guests.

This spacious home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast island, and a formal dining area perfect for shared meals. Relax in the open living spaces or catch a movie in the private theater. Kids and adults alike will love the Harry Potter–themed game room with a pool table and arcades, plus an upstairs loft with foosball, air hockey, and more.

The outdoor area boasts a private screened-in pool with sun loungers, patio seating, and a child safety fence, making it the ideal spot to soak up the Florida sunshine. With themed bedrooms, multiple king and queen suites, and plenty of twin rooms for the little ones, everyone will feel at home.

• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

The location was fine but the house is another story. The house was amazing and we had more than enough space. We stayed there July 17-20, 2025. The house didnt have enough wash cloths, towels to say it was a 10 bedroom home. Barely had an cooking dishes. The house wasnt thoroughly cleaned nor was the pool. The TV in the 1st bedroom downstairs did not work. Maintenance was out there when we checked in. They did replace it with a new TV. The air conditioner didnt seem to work, it was on and it want cold in the house say or night. We had to purchase fans. The back of the remote back was missing. The refrigerator did not get cold at all. We had to go and purchase ice because it seemed like the machine needed 2 day to make ice. Its was wear and tear on the house. ******This is the kicker, this house had roaches and ants. Roaches all in the kitchen, dishwasher, on the floor. Ants was in the bed upstairs. I mention this to the office about roaches and they said they sent the pest control out, of course noone showed up while we were home. I know this couldn't been the 1st time. We had seafood in the oven and and we took it out the pan and we found a beetle in the pan.

Best Vacation

The house was beautiful and big, clean the children rooms was so nice and painted so wonderful. It was in a great Community the pool house was awesome and a lot to do. Everyone was so friendly and helpful I can’t wait to visit again!

The home was clean, in a good area, had a community water area that had slides and a lazy river which was great, and everyone enjoyed.
