First the positives. The price of 3 rooms for the weekend was a great value at $478. The location was ideal because it was roughly 15 minutes away from Disney as well as it being close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. But that’s it. From the outside the hotel looks inviting but the inside is awful. Don’t get me wrong the inside of the building is modern and well appointed but the rooms felt barely clean and the noise intrusion from neighbors is dismal for a hotel because of the hard flooring. The only things about the rooms that were good were the beds, as they were decently comfortable but small, the square footage is good and the air conditionings all worked well. I stayed in room 123, an accessible room given to us. While none of us in our group was handicap, the extra space was nice especially in the shower but the room smelt musty and felt damp as if there’s water damage. The other two rooms we rented, room 223 had a damaged chair with worn fabric and a dresser that wouldn’t stay shut and room 227 has a refrigerator that is rusty on the top, missing remote, flooring in the bathroom that is dipping and the house attendant left a Starbucks cup on the counter from someone else upon arrival. The hotel also seems to be housing people and has an issue people loitering at all hours of the night outside the hotel. The front desk person was nice but lacks personality and don’t expect any service at night since the desk is shuttered until check out begins.
