Guest Access:

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the electronic keypad to the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you for access.



✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire home. If booking a stay for 30 to 90+ days, there is a utility allowance of $150 for 3- bedroom home and $250 for 4-bedroom homes. You will be responsible for paying the difference. A bi-weekly cleaning (at the expense of the guest at a discounted rate) or inspection is required by our housekeeping crew.



✹ PARKING: Free parking is available on the large driveway.



✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free, high-speed WIFI runs throughout the home, plus a designated workspace is adjacent to the living room. Additional laptop-friendly spaces can be found throughout the home. The executive dining room comfortably hosts group meetings.



✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a travel crib, highchair and family-friendly board games.



✹ PETS: We allow dogs only, 2 max. There is a $250/ per stay fee. Service animals are free, and you will need to provide documentation to finalize your reservation. There is a $300 fine for unauthorized pets to include immediate eviction and loss of all rents and or security payments.

There are Uber, Lyft, taxi and bus services available. If traveling from the Orlando International airport the following is some useful information to note:



UBER / LYFT / TAXI

All Ride Share companies (such as Uber, Lyft and /taxi) may pickup passengers on the Arrivals Curb at: Terminal A (Level 2) and

on Level 3 between 9:00pm and 2:00am. Terminal B (Level 2) and

on Level 3 between 9:00pm and 2:00am. Terminal C (Level 6)

located at Orlando International airport.



BUS

SunRail riders may now connect to Orlando International Airport

via the bus link to the Sand Lake Road SunRail station. SunRail

operates Monday to Friday from 5:30 – 21:30. The Lynx (local) bus

stop is located in Terminal A, Level 1 (Ground Transportation), at

Commercial Lane spaces A38-A41.
