“Clean and quite. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I like the extra security of needing your room card to use the elevator.”

“I came in from Metro Detroit and stayed a day. Everything was great even the transportation service to pick me up from the hotel and take me to the Port for my cruise. However, there was a slight miscommunication. I was informed. The service to take me to the Cruise was included as well. But, I had to pay $30 which I was told that was separate. Overall my experience was good. I enjoyed my stay.”

“Clean room, staff was nice, they say you need a parking pass but in reality my boys were parking there every night and nothing happened. But other than that, it’s a good hotel to stay in”

“The workout room was unavailable for 2 days of my 4 night stay And it didnt look like they would be finished painting anytime soon. This was quite disappointing. The A/c unit and dehumidifier were pretty loud and sleep intrusive. Ear plugs are recommended.”

“Business hotel vicino all’epic universe. Occorre la macchina per muoversi o andare a cena in quanto non ci sono ristoranti vicini all’albergo facilmente raggiungibili. Camera bella con letto comodo”

“A causa della cancellazione mondiale dei voli dovuta al crash dei sistemi informatici il mio volo è stato cancellato senza poter raggiungere la struttura. Pur avendo informato del disservizio non imputabile a me non ho ricevuto assistenza ”

“The staff in the late evening was excellent- the only complaint we had with the hotel was that there were no luggage racks for us to carry our many belongings into our room for the night ( after a very long day for us) at 10pm. The desk clerk was beside herself because they have 3 carts but evidently the last 3 customers who used them kept them in their rooms for use the next morning! They need a tracking system for them!! The breakfast was your basic fare- nothing special but every thing was...
