The accommodations are located on the 2nd and last floor of a townhouse with only 3 apartments, 1 on each floor, in a typical residential alley in the city center.

It is a small attic studio of 20m2 composed of a main room with an oblique view of the Cathedral, and a separate bathroom. You are in the immediate vicinity of the hyper center with its shops, bars and restaurants. You have a laundromat 3 minutes walk away. The tram is 5 minutes walk, the train station 15 minutes walk.

The main room is composed of a double bed 140*190, a TV, a kitchenette fitted and equipped: ceramic hob, combined oven-microwave, senseo coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary crockery. Storage spaces are available on site to store your belongings (in the process of being fitted: cabinets with boxes)

The bathroom contains a shower and toilet.

Classic cleaning is included, we ask you to leave the apartment in a normal state of cleanliness, dishes cleaned, put away and dried, trash can taken out, beds unmade when you leave.

The portion of the street is not accessible by car, which gives it a great calm.
A few minutes' walk away, you can take advantage of the underground parking lot of the Town Hall. Thanks to its advantageous rates, you can park safely and enjoy the pedestrian streets of the downtown. From 8:30 am, the rate is capped at €10 (within the limit of 24 hours) and the evening rate from 6 pm to 5 am is €3! Take advantage of it.
