Completely refurbished duplex apartment located in the historic center of Orléans, 30 seconds walk from the Cathedral. You will have no trouble eating since you will only have to go down the stairs (2nd floor without elevator). The nearest tram stop is 3 minutes away, and the Place de Loire and Cathédrale parking lots are 200 meters away.

The 40m2 living room contains a sofa bed, a hanging armchair, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. The fireplace is only decorative.
Upstairs, there is the bathroom open to the master bedroom, a second bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and a single bed, as well as a second toilet. A travel cot is at your disposal.

Please note, this accommodations are on the second floor without elevator.
The apartment is not suitable for the elderly (better to have a good cardio) there is no storage space for strollers in the entrance of the building. (you have to go up and down it)

The apartment is located in a pedestrian area, next to the Cathedral tram stop. It is not accessible by car.
The paid underground parking lots at Place de Loire and Cathédrale are secure (200 metres). 10 minutes away, the parking spaces on the Quai du Roi are free (except Saturday mornings/markets).
