Bellissimo condominio !! Proprio sulla spiaggia! Viste incredibili !!

Condominio al 9 ° piano, 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi. Completamente rinnovato dall'alto verso il basso nel 2015. Arredato con gusto e in modo confortevole con tutti i nuovi arredi, compresi nuovi materassi in memory foam, pavimenti in legno massiccio in tutto l'intero condominio.

Camera da letto principale con letto king size e divano letto matrimoniale, con uscita sul grande balcone. I panorami dal letto sono incredibili. Grande cabina armadio e trucco vanità. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli (completi). Ogni camera ha un nuovissimo "Smart" da 48 pollici T. V. Lenzuola e copriletti di fascia alta.

Bagno padronale con vanità e infissi nuovi e vasca / doccia complete. 2 ° bagno con nuova vanità e infissi con cabina doccia.

Grande cucina con tutti i comfort di casa, compresi tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici inox. Se ne hai bisogno in cucina, lo troverai qui!

Nuovi ventilatori a soffitto con telecomando in ogni stanza. Ampio soggiorno con divano letto estraibile queen size e bella sedia reclinabile, "Smart T. V." da 60 pollici . WIFI GRATUITO in tutta l'unità! Chiamate a distanza gratuite in tutto il Nord America!

Splendida sala da pranzo con bar per la colazione abbinato. Grande alcova con balcone coperto con divano esterno, tavolo e due sedie girevoli. Lavatrice e asciugatrice complete nell'unità.

Il condominio ha una grande cucina attico / sala per feste e biblioteca. Piscina riscaldata con accesso alla spiaggia senza auto, sauna e palestra al piano inferiore.

20 minuti a Daytona International Speedway, meno di un'ora a Cape Canaveral, poco più di un'ora alle attrazioni di Orlando e St Augustine. Vicino a molti campi da golf più votati.
L'Ormondy è amichevole, sicuro e protetto. A pochi passi da negozi di alimentari / farmacia, bar e panetterie / caffetterie. Il bagnino della contea si trovava a soli 100 metri dall'edificio sulla spiaggia per nuotare in sicurezza. Molti ottimi ristoranti della zona.

This is our second time staying in the Ormandy. This unit is very comfortable, ocean view, and the view north for miles of A1A along the coast is spectacular. We really like this general location for a month winter break.

Love this condo! My husband and I have stayed at many condos in Ormond Beach and this one, by far, was the best all around! We just had 2 weeks of relaxing here! Checking in could not have been any easier, the owner was so helpful! The condo itself was amazing! Clean, warm and inviting! Everything you could want is here. The balcony was the best place to relax, the outdoor furniture was so comfy, I took several naps listening to the ocean! The view was the best, I loved how far north I could see the beaches! Thanks again to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise, we would definitely stay here again!

Pros - Great layout and furnishings, kitchen well equipped, secure building, host was totally responsive, nice pool, close to beach. We particularly liked the balcony furnishings, shaded, with a view in both directions. There were a couple of minor issues, uncompleted remedies from the recent hurricane, but nothing that affected our stay. And, it appears that they will be finished within a week. Plenty of seaweed on the beach, but won’t prevent taking a chair and enjoying the waves. We normally would have rated it a 4.0-4.5, but all agreed that the host did everything to solve the very few issues we encountered, and he and the unit deserves a 5.

We’ve been coming to the Ormandy every summer for over 10 years. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit of the Ormandy, and will gladly come back. I love the security of gated, underground, assigned parking, direct access to the beach from the garage near the pool & bathroom. The unit is comfortable and welcoming. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise over the beach and sun set over the Halifax river in comfortable chairs. The owner is extremely responsive. The tv wasn’t working and he had the cable company out there in a couple hours! A great beach get away.

The condo was great. It did have more security but some of the doors were hate to open with your hands full . We came for the beach , we are in our 70’s and found it hard to walk on this beach . This has nothing to do with the condo, the view was great from the balcony and we love sitting on it. We have always enjoyed walks and being in the ocean but the beach here was hard to walk on and the ocean floor was very uneven, lots of dips . Over all a good week.

Our favorite thing to do at this Condo is relax on the Balcony and enjoy the fantastic view. The condo is very nice and the owner is very responsive. We look forward to coming back next year!!!

This stay was fantastic! The condo was spacious and beautiful and was furnished with everything we could have needed. The views were spectacular. Easy beach access and my boys loved the pool. The restaurants close by were also really good. The building was secure and parking was easy. Our host was communicative and very responsive when I contacted him. We would definitely book again!

We had a great week on Orm9nd Beach. Enjoyed the condo right on the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked and there was a nice supply of bath and beach towels to use. It was nice to be able to leave oir beach supplies on the ground floor by the car. Facility was very secure. Enjoyed swimming at the pool when the beach was too windy and also enjoyed playing shuffleboard. When we had an issue with the internet the owner was very helpful and quick to take action. The top floor clubhouse was also nice to use on occasion to get together with our larger group.
