Benvenuti nella vostra bella residenza di lusso fronte oceano completamente arredata a Ormond Beach, in Florida, appena un po 'a nord di Daytona Beach e vicino a Orlando, in Florida. Vieni e rilassati, respira l'aria fresca dell'oceano e affondare le dita dei piedi nella sabbia soffice; è tutto tuo in questa favolosa casa vacanza sull'oceano con un garage per 1 auto per mantenere il tuo veicolo lontano dal sale e dagli elementi. Una piscina, TV via cavo e Internet wireless ad alta velocità ti aspettano.

    Il tuo arioso Ormond Beach Townhome è un due camere da letto, un bagno e mezzo con vista sull'oceano, oasi di vacanza che ha una vista panoramica sull'oceano, situato direttamente su una spiaggia semi-privata senza auto a Ormond by the Sea, in Florida. Qui potrai godere di albe meravigliose direttamente dalle finestre della tua camera da letto, della cucina o del soggiorno. Prepara il caffè appena preparato dalla tua caffettiera e assapora la vista e i suoni dell'oceano dal tuo balcone in pietra travertino naturale e confortevole. Vedrai i Pellicani che planano insieme ai delfini e potresti vedere le balene in migrazione che nuotano; anche loro amano venire qui come fanno le tartarughe marine.

    Il vostro ventilato, Ormond by the Town Town Sea è arredato con gusto e dispone di 2 camere da letto al piano superiore ed entrambi hanno letti queen size comodi. In più Dormire per 1 sul divano. Un bagno in granito naturale con scaldasalviette e vasca / doccia idromassaggio. Ognuno ha la propria TV e ampio spazio armadio con cassettiere per mettere via i tuoi oggetti. Non c'è bisogno di vivere fuori dalla tua valigia qui. Maestro ha un balcone con 2 sedie con vista sull'oceano.

    Il primo piano è una cucina completamente attrezzata di fascia alta con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox 3 porte frigorifero francese, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde e tutte le pentole, padelle, piatti. Importati pavimenti in pietra di travertino con ripiani in granito. Il soggiorno / sala da pranzo ha New Couches. A 50 in HDTV con DVD. Porte scorrevoli in vetro per patio con sedie in teak e divano con cuscini che vengono memorizzati nel garage. Mezza vasca da bagno e garage dove troverete una lavatrice / asciugatrice a caricamento frontale completamente nuova di zecca e un sacco di teli mare e sedie da spiaggia / boogie board / ombrellone e giochi da spiaggia.

    La grande piscina è riservata agli ospiti delle Townhomes di Ocean Dunes. Ha anche una doccia d'acqua dolce a disposizione per sciacquare via il sale e la sabbia.

We were in Daytona for a cheering event and enjoyed being away from the packed hotels. The location was very convenient and the beach was not crowded.

Excellent Trip

The Ormond Beach condo was exactly as advertised. The condo was very clean and well decorated and had everything we needed. The beach was very convenient and not crowded. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beauty at its finest

This was a nice quiet place to stay and spend time on the upstairs balcony looking out at the beautiful ocean. Even though it rained it still was awesome. The home was very well stocked with everything needed for the beach.

We have stayed here twice now and absolutely love this place!!! It right across from the beach it has a pool for the evenings. It's also very clean!!! That's a huge plus for us!!! Tim and his assistant are so kind and attentive. we will be staying again next time as well...

Paradise in Ormond Beach

Our vacay was one of the best ever thanks to Tim's property in Ormond Beach! The condo was beautifully decorated had everything we needed for our stay, and the location is perfect! We were close to local restaurants, grocery and shopping. The beach is amazing, there were only a few walkers, fisherman, and sunbathers each day. We will be back!

The location was fantastic, getting up to see the sunrise and ocean on our own balcony was great. The place was well laid out and meticulously maintained. One of the best places we have ever stayed and would go back without hesitation. No complaints or suggestions for improvements.

Great vacation spot

I really enjoyed this place. It’s very well stocked with everything!! Could be because of weather but the sand is not really for kids to play in, but they did like the pool. And the garage is a plus but for small vehicles only.

Lovely beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Being able to have our dog with us was great. Tim answered our questions immediately and was very friendly. He provided ALL the necessities we needed. Being across the street from the beach allowed us to have a great view! We will return!

Great spot near beach

We were pleased overall with the unit and the location. Had our coffee every morning on the front patio looking at the beach. It was wonderful! Had a few questions and Tim was timely in answering. Neighbors were very welcoming and pleasant. We would rent this spot again.

Great place, super clean, everything you will need for a beach vaca!

This property was lovely. Just as pictured and described. Super clean and one of the best equipped VRBO properties we have ever stayed at. Beds were comfortable as well as great lounging sofa! More beach equipment that you can imagine! Also very well supplied: laundry detergent and dryer sheets, trash bags, coffee, etc. comfortable fit for a couple, one child.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Plenty of room to relax, steps away from a very quiet beach, everything you need is in this condo from an abundance of towels, beach toys, soaps, cleaning supplies. It’s like we’re at home, everything is organized and convenient. No issues for us at all and great communication from Tim. Best VRBO so far!!

Amazing Beach Access

Loved this property! Had the best beach access (just across the street). Property owner also had beach chairs and boards that were available for use - thank goodness as my son left his board at home! The living room was super comfy - we enjoyed watching movies on the couch each night. Love the proximity to Flagler Beach restaurants. Had questions about parking when we arrived as there was some maintenance at the property. Owner was easy to get ahold of and very helpful.

Excellent

The view, the neighborhood, the privacy the unit was fully stocked better than any unit I have ever stayed. The pool was quiet. Most of the times when you stay places, the pool is crowded. It was just us and a few neighbors that lived there who were all very nice. We usually stay in PCB but we are going to be staying here from now on. The bed was a little hard for us, but my husband slept on the couch. The furniture was so comfy. We absolutely loved it.

PEACEFUL VACA

we enjoyed our visit, everyone in town was very friendly. it is a quiet location without a lot of traffic. the beach was as described: semi private. we had very little crowd each day. will definitely be back!! relaxed and enjoyed the view each day :) please note: we took our puppy and then found out the beach is NOT pet friendly. This was a little of a bummer but we made due. he did not mind napping while we enjoyed the beach. just wanted others to know.
