The space is tranquil with 1 king bed and 2 twin beds easily converted to a king bed with our deluxe king mattress topper, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Enjoy the welcoming living room with a cozy sofa bed for extra guests. With 2 bathrooms (master is ensuite) and essential amenities like a hairdryer, iron, WiFi and AC, guests will feel right at home. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Seawinds Condominium offers oceanfront pool deck, club room w/a kitchen, private beach access to the "NO DRIVE" beach, one assigned parking space in the underground garage. There is availability for up to one additional vehicle in the unassigned lot but availability there is not guaranteed.
The oceanfront pool is heated seasonally in the Winter.
Condo is directly across the street from a large shopping plaza which includes a Publix, Beall's outlet, Dollar Tree, a Chinese restaurant, Sunrise Grill and Pizza, and a 7-11 and Dunkin Donuts.
Within walking distance of the condo are restaurants like Sunny Side Up, Absolutely CheeZee, The Dog Hut, Hanky Panky's Lounge, Beach Side Brew Pub, Stavro's Pizza, Alfie's Take Out, Salty Farms Seafood Market, Beach-side Cafe and Donuts, a number of lounges, Subway, a post office and many more local restaurants.
Ormond Beach is a quiet, quaint, beach town with mostly full time and seasonal residents. Only 15-20 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of the Daytona area.
The unit is direct ocean facing with a private balcony with a dining table to enjoy outdoor dining.

We are located 13 miles (30 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 30 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 45 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.
