Great Location, not so good managment

This property is in an amazing location and you can’t beat the views and ease of getting places from it. Would give it a 5 star if we wouldn’t have had such an issue with check in and the cleanliness of the unit. Check in was to start at 4:00, but we weren’t arriving until around 9:00 PM(ended up being 9:45 PM with travel delays), and our unit was not ready! After speaking with property manager, she said they were working on it and would call us when it was done, so we ventured out for some food and grocery shopping. At 11:30 PM, still no call, so we called security and he had no idea. We decided to just go see if it was done, and it appeared to be done... At first glance, we thought it was great, but they overlooked many cleaning things, but what can you do about that at midnight! Rugs were dirty, bed skirts were filthy, piles of sand on the floor, cabinets had food and drink spilled down the front of them, etc.... so after we did some cleaning, the unit was great for our family.

Excellent location, friendly staff, great property!

LOVED this condo. You simply can't beat the view. The unit itself was excellent. It was clean, we had everything we needed, and the location was excellent. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

Loved the condo, atmosphere, and the beach and view where gorgeous.
