This was the perfect out of the crowd get away. Yet it was close to Daytona and the areas we wanted to be at. Only concern was no lights in the parking lot. Needed a flashlight to get to and from car after dark.; Love the grill area for a quick steak!

We absolutely loved the location of this property! So close to the beach! We also loved sitting on the balcony and being able to see the water. I will admit the decor is dated but the positives outweigh that by far. King bed was comfy and the unit had everything we needed. We have already inquired about staying here next year!

We have been coming here for the last 8 years. It’s a hidden gem for us. Each unit varies a little but we won’t hesitate to come back. Thanks to all the owners for allowing us to share their property. Hope to return in August 2025

Great stay with a few housekeeping issues

Condo is very comfortable & well stocked w all your vacation needs. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool, sideview of beach & the super handy beachcart that we used numerous times daily. I would give a 5 star rating but there were a few housekeeping issues that we took care of upon first entry. Initially owner communicated & responded very well, but for unknown reasons, the last time I contacted him to address a housekeeping issue, I didn't hear back from him. Overall, it was a wonderful 3 weeks at this condo on Ormond Beach.

Lovely condo complex

We enjoyed our stay at the Indies House. This was our first time in this particular condo complex and it was quite pleasant. Even though we did not do much cooking, we had everything that we needed if we wanted to cook at home. The location s very centrally located for everything that we wanted to do.

A nice option for our family

Overall we had a very nice stay. I will say that there are a few items that could use a little attention but nothing too major. We absolutely loved the location and the convince to so many places. The water pressure was lower than what we are used to which meant we had to be strategic about taking multiple showers or running too many things that need water such as the washing machine or dishwasher. At the same time. It was nothing that we could not work around. Again overall all we had a nice stay and would most likely stay here again when we visit family.

Our stay was great the only thing that was hard was trying to keep the kids quiet after 10pm and we didnt like that the pool closed at 10pm we could have stayed in the water all night.

Nice Property.

Overall, a nice property. Would stay again. A little "tired." Had some minor plumbing issues that should be resolved. E.g. kitchen sink faucet set is reversed. Hot is cold and Cold is hot, lol. Owner, (my guess) simply taped "hot & cold" labels above the faucet set. Rather than simply reversing supply lines. Upon arriving we saw some "crud" on the floor directly in front of the sofa. It obviously should have been cleaned better than it was. Don't wish to be too critical. Overall, we had a nice stay. Excepting, a few items that should be corrected. I would recommend it. Dan allowed early check-in, which was tremendously accommodating. We thank him for that.

Nice property

Host provides everything you need in this condo, even paper towels, toilet paper and beach towels which many owners don't. The view was beautiful from living room and master, love to be able to see the ocean. Location was perfect, shopping area right across street. A few restaurants within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and hope to be back.

Condo is very nice and well stocked with everything you might need. Has a beautiful view. Dan was very quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but need some new furniture and paint.

The building is nice! View is nice! The condo is large and has everything you need, but the smell is terrible and everything is old! Many people mentioned it was clean and even upgraded...it was clean, but needs a deep clean. Everything seemed like it was straight out of 1983. Anyway we slept with the doors open to.try to air out the smell. At the end of the day most people seem to have written positive reviews, for me i would not stay there again.
