As nice as we’ve tried to make our units, we own in this condominium complex because we believe the common areas are the best around. The complex only has forty units total, many of which are not rented. Accordingly, the common areas never feel overcrowded even in peak season. A pool deck area complete with lawn chairs and umbrella tables surrounds the beautiful large pool that is heated year-round. There is laundry facilities on site, and a dedicated parking space along with numerous visitor parking.
