Your stay includes all of the resort-style amenities at Ocean Watch Condominiums, including an oceanfront pool deck, a sauna, a library, a free car wash, coin laundry on every floor and private access to the no-drive beach. With only 8 condos per floor and most owners being part-time residents, you'll rarely find the laundry machines in use.

Ocean Watch is located in North Ormond, a quiet, residential stretch of Ormond Beach where no construction is allowed on the beach itself. All of the buildings sit across the street from the ocean with nothing obstructing the view, and the beaches here are all traffic-free, so you'll rarely find a busy spot on the sand. It's a peaceful area that maintains a serene, natural beauty, while the attractions and events of the greater Daytona area are still an easy drive away. North Ormond is also much closer to St. Augustine, America's oldest city, so you can explore its fascinating history less than an hour away.

Just down the street from Ocean Watch is Lagerhead Bar and Grill, offering a great variety of craft beers and fresh food served with an ocean view. With both indoor and outdoor dining, it's an easy walk for lunch or dinner during your beach days. In the other direction, a Circle K gas station doubles as a beach rental shop, with surfboards, boogie boards and many other beach items. A quick drive away, Oceanside Beach Bar and Grill offers casual beachside eats, and right next door is Bicentennial Park, with nature trails, multiple sports fields, restrooms, covered picnic tables, a lookout tower and much more.

The oceanfront living room greets you as you walk through the door, with a smart TV and a sleeper sofa. Between the living room and kitchen, the dining table lets you enjoy ocean views while you dine. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare beachside meals, including a standard drip coffee maker and a tea kettle.

The oceanfront primary suite features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a desk area and a TV, with a full bathroom right next door that also has a tub/shower combo.

Step onto your private balcony and into your own secluded oasis! The oceanfront balcony offers an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy time together while surrounded by the sound of the waves.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the garage with one reserved space for this condo, plus one additional unassigned above-ground space on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned garage space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
