Our pool was opened and unless there was a yellow caution tape due for safety reasons the pool is opened daily from 7am-9pm. Dear Pamela, Let us first apologize for the air not working in your room during your stay, please remember that we have staff at the front desk to take care of any issues or questions you may have, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. During your stay we did have to shut down our pool for health and safety reasons, and we apologize for that as well, but your safety and health is our top priority. Our pool is fully functional and open when you would like to return to the Spark by Hilton Ormond Beach Oceanfront.
