The problem with this hotel, even years later, is the simple things they could get right. Not having an icemaker for the entire hotel? No excuse for this - only one of the two elevators working? “Check in and check out very smooth. Requests poor. Went to three floors and ice machines did not work. Asked for ice to be brought to room. Never received. First night of stay asked for blow dryer because not one In room. Had an event and left room after an hour and a half. And no use of a blow dryer. Blow dryer was o. Room when we returned four hours later . To me this is unacceptable . ”
