“Perfect downtown location!!! The property itself is really nice and bigger than it seemed considering it’s a two in one hotel. Breakfast was good. Parking is relatively cheap although we opted for metered street parking because it’s free after 7pm. The bars/restaurants in the area were amazing and walkable!!! Can’t wait to return to Tucson. First time and I had a ball. Will absolutely stay at this hotel again.”

“Host was super friendly and always ready to help out with anything we needed! He gave us some dining hints and suggestions on things to do. The rental was easy to find and very clean, cozy and comfortable…particularly the bed. Were enough supplies to get us started on our stay. Location was good as well to go on various day trips. Thank you again for a great stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future. ”

“The charming house is located near I-10 and college area, easy for we 70 plus age to navigate. We visited two National Parks, so lovely and each different from the other. The home met our basic needs, was clean and quaint with appropriate pricing. The owner excellent with communication. It was a lovely visit to the area. ”
