Un ottima vacanza, la casa è in campagna ma vicino al centro del paese e a diversi ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Spiaggia Su Barone a 5 minuti di auto, e plus doccia in giardino

Assolutamente raccomandato
Casa molto pulita, con tutto ciò che può servire. Ubicata in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicino alla bella spiaggia di Marina di Orosei (15 minuti a piedi) ed ai servizi (3 minuti in macchina). Giardino curatissimo con due docce esterne, comodissime ed utilizzatissime al rientro dal mare. Molto gradito anche il barbecue e la veranda sempre fresca. Junior è sempre stato disponibilissimo e molto gentile. Assolutamente raccomandato per chi cerca confort, tranquillità e riservatezza.

Bellissimo soggiorno
Abbiamo trascorso le prime 2 settimane di luglio in questa casetta magnifica! Dotata di tutto il necessario, pulita, confortevole e con un bellissimo giardino. Ho apprezzato tanto le docce all’esterno perché tornando dal mare sono la cosa migliore per togliersi subito la sabbia di dosso, tanto che la doccia all’interno l’abbiamo usata solo 2 volte! Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa. Anche la posizione è buona poiché in neanche 10 min a piedi si può raggiungere sia la spiaggia di Marina che il paese (facendo una bella passeggiata su zona pedonale). Altre spiaggie distano solo pochi minuti in auto. Raccomandiamo questa casetta romanticissima a chi ama la tranquillità ed il confort.

Deliziosa villetta in posizione comoda sia per il mare che per il paese
Siamo stati molto bene in questa villetta, volevamo una sistemazione indipendente, tranquilla e vicino al mare e li abbiamo trovato tutto questo. Junior è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile e al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare bibite fresche e dei deliziosi dolcetti sardi. La casa era pulita e aveva tutto quello che può servire, abbiamo usato l'aria condizionata la notte e abbiamo apprezzato molto il barbecue e la veranda che era ventilata e fresca anche nelle giornate più calde. Raccomandiamo sicuramente questa casa e il suo proprietario.

Casa molto spaziosa ed accogliente con tutto quello che ci vuole. Il proprietario è molto simpatico
Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questa casa dove non manca nulla. Siamo stati accolti benissimo dal proprietario una persona molto gentole e disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La casa è ben attrezzata e fornita di ogni comfort (lavatrice, aria condizionata, TV, microonde, zanzariere etc). All'esterno c'è un portico con il tavolo per 6 persone utilizzato per colazioni, pranzi e cene. La casa si trova a 800m dal mare e da Orosei, per chi ama spostarsi a piedi non è nessun problema. Il tempo ad Orosei purtroppo è passato troppo velocemente. Speriamo di poter tornare presto in questo splendido luogo.

Séjour agréable
La maison est propre et proche de la plage ( 900m de la marina). Il y a une voie cyclable pour s’y rendre à pied ou à vélo. La maison est fonctionnel mais assez sombre. Elle est située au bord de la route donc on entend les voitures ( pas trop dérangeant) mais aussi le bruit de la nuit l’été ( boites de nuit ou fête foraine). Les lits sont confortables. Junior est très gentil et nous a donné de bons conseils. Le jardin est agréable mais plus petit que l’impression que nous avons sur les photos. Le barbecue est parfait et la douche extérieure très agréable l’été !

Urlaub in orosei
Wunderschönes Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Lage! Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Tolle Veranda und super Garten mit toller aussen Dusche! Wir würden sofort wieder dort hin. Wir kommen wieder.

Maison très bien située dans un environnement agréable à 800m de la plage et de la ville d’Orosei. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Junior. Il est resté disponible et a été très réactif pour régler quelques petits problèmes. Nous recommandons cette location. Très bon séjour à Orosei.

A great place to be
Wir waren als Paar im Mai 2023 für 2 Wochen im Haus. Zwischen Strand und dem Ort Orosei sehr ruhig gelegen. Optimal um zu Fuss an den Strand oder auch mal zu Fuss in den Ort zum Einkaufen und Essen zu gehen. Orosei selbst ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Tolle Landschaften , super Strände und klasse Verpflegung. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Klare Empfehlung

Einfach nur schön!
Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus und das Grundstück waren in einem sehr saubereren und gepflegten Zustand und es gab alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Auf der großen überdachten Terrasse hat man den ganzen Tag über einen schattigen Platz, an dem es sich sehr gut aushalten lässt. Ein Problem mit der Kanalisation wurde sofort und unkompliziert behoben, sodass dies ebenfalls unseren Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Der geringe Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte vielleicht verbessert werden. Das Haus liegt zentral zwischen dem herrlichen Strand und dem beschaulichen Ort Orosei. Beides ist mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch gut ohne Auto erreichbar. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Gute Alternative für Ruhesuchende
Bestens - alles vorhanden - sauber und gepflegt. Automatischer Rasenspenger versorgt das Grün ums Haus. Vorsicht, man könnte dabei naß werden:-). Der Wasserdruck im Haus könnte etwas höher sein. Alles in Allem: eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

location trés agréable
Malheureusement le temps n'était pas terrible, mais grâce à la climatisation réversible nous n'avons pas eu froid. La maison est conforme aux photos. Rien à redire pour la propreté. Le jardin et la terrasse couverte doivent être très agréable aux beaux jours. La mer n'est pas loin. Dommage que les canapés du salon soient si inconfortables. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire les clés étaient sur la porte et pour le départ nous avons procédé pareil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour profiter de la mer et du barbecue.

Tolles Ferienhaus nah am Strand
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Der Ferienhaus ist genauso wie beschrieben. Nah zum Strand und in den Ort mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten. Die Kommunikation mit Junio super easy. Check in und Check out äußerst unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

gutes Haus für Ausflüge an der Ostküste
Das Haus liegt gut gelegen genau zwischen Stadt und Stand. Beides ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Garten und die Terasse sind sehr gepflegt und die angrenzende Staße stört nicht. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Einzig auf eine Spühlmaschine und eine bei uns übliche Filterkaffeemaschine muss man verzichten. Italienisches Fernsehen und W-Lan fuktionieren ohne Probleme. Die Betten sind bequem, allerdings mit landestypischen dünnen Decken bezogen. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, ist es, das es Anfang Mai (ca 20 Grad Außentemperatur) manchmal recht kalt im Haus war, doch mit der Klimaanlage, welche auch heizen kann und extra Decken zum schlafen war das auch kein Problem. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Urlaub auf Sardinien sofort wieder buchen.

Family Friendly Villa
We had an enjoyable week staying at this family friendly villa, which is well located between the beach and Orosei, and within striking distance of Mount Tiscali and Gola di Gorropu. The villa is simple, yet well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We ate most meals outside on the porch and made good use of the BBQ. Our two young girls enjoyed playing games in the garden and loved the beach, which was just a short walk from the house, and went swimming most days. There are several restaurants also within walking distance, and many more restaurants, shops and supermarket in nearby Orosei. Junio was an excellent host, welcoming us to the property despite our late arrival and was on hand to answer queries throughout the week. Thank you Junio

Maison bien située et fonctionnelle
Une maison somme toute assez simple mais fonctionnelle, agréable et bien équipée. La véranda est agréable également et le terrain sympathique pour les enfants jouer dehors. La plage est à 700m, le village à 700m et il y a un terrain de jeux pour enfants juste de l'autre côté de la route.

Das Haus hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Badezimmer, offene Küche mit Wohnbereich und Klimaanlage, großes Elternschlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, Kinderzimmer. Die Waschmaschine und der Gasherd haben zwar nicht die gewohnten Leistungen aber für gelegentlichen Gebrauch ausreichend. Wer allerdings deutschen Kaffee trinken möchte, sollte sich eine Kaffeemaschine oder Kanne mit Filter mitnehmen. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great detached holiday home between the town and the beach!
Firstly, Junior is a great host and is so courteous and helpful. We arrived very late, due to a heavily delayed flight, and he was there waiting for us at the property and had bought water and some treats for the kids. The villa is spacious with a good sized porch at the front where we ate all of our morning and evening meals. We enjoyed the privacy and location, set back from the main road, surrounded by orchards and fields. This was especially helpful when our young children were at their noisiest, charging about without worrying whether they were annoying the neighbours! The gravel parking area in front of the house was great for leaving the hire car without having to worry about security or another driver knocking in to it. The kitchen and outdoor barbecue were perfect for preparing meals and there are adequate pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc and plenty of cleaning supplies. There is an oven, which is very handy if you have kids who love pizza and chips. There is also a washing machine and clothes line which is very handy when there is a 2 year old in the house. The Wifi reception is great and was a real bonus to have a good signal throughout the house monad onto the front porch and garden! We loved walking down to the beautiful beach using the joint pedestrian/cycle path. we tended to drive the short distance into town and there is a good 'Simply' Supermarket at the top of the road and both are easily walkable. There are lots of great beaches and beautiful countryside to explore in the Orosei area and we really enjoyed our stay here. If there is one criticism to make it would be that one of the single beds had a hard mattress, but we got around this by putting a folded blanket under the bed sheet. Thank you Junior and have an excellent summer.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen
Ein Ferienhaus im Bungalow-Stil mit solider Ausstattung. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Überrascht waren wir über den grünen und gepflegten Rasen mit automatischer Bewässerung ums Haus, der zum positiven Gesamteindruck beiträgt. Schön wäre es, wenn eine Spülmaschine in der Küchenausstattung vorhanden gewesen wäre, da das Abwaschen auf Grund der geringen Höhe des Spülbeckens etwas mühsam war. Das lag sicher nicht an unseren Körpergrößen (177 bzw. 168 cm). Als TV war ein altes Röhrengerät mit Receiver (Antenne) aufgestellt, mit dem nur italienische Sender zu empfangen war. Das war grundsätzlich kein Problem für uns, da man ja nicht zum Fernsehen in den Urlaub fährt. Das ein oder andere Fußballspiel hätten wir uns aber schon gerne angeschaut. Auch die Internetverbindung über WLAN war nicht gut, die per Mobilfunkrouter zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Netzabdeckung im Bereich des Objekts ist leider nur mäßig, so dass auch über mobile Daten per Smartphone Routenplanungen und Recherchen für Unternehmungen auf der Insel sich schwierig gestalteten. Wer keine Probleme bzgl. der drei beschriebenen Punkte hat (Spülbecken, TV und Internet), wird eine Buchung und sowie einen Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt nicht bereuen. Die Klimaanlage ist leistungsfähig und hat für Wohlfühltemperaturen im Haus gesorgt, auch bei Außentemperaturen von 35°C und mehr. Der Strand sowie Restaurants sind zu Fuß mit ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Rückblickend als Fazit war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Danke noch einmal an Junior.

Purtroppo la casa è stata costruita dai miei genitori e mia madre è molto bassa😅.. Per la lentezza del wi fi purtroppo non dipendeva da me ma della linea che ultimamente non era perfetta. Cercherò comunque di perfezionare il tutto per la prossima stagione.. Grazie comunque per aver soggiornato da me.. Cordiali Saluti Junior

Tres bien située, près des commerces et d'une grande plage, la maison est agréable et confortable. La terrasse couverte est très appréciable. L'accueil du propriétaire est très sympathique. Le village d'Orosei est charmant et animé. On accède facilement aux superbes plages du golfe d'Orosei en voiture ou par bâteau.

Wunderschöne 2 Wochen
War von A-Z alles klasse. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und es ist alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren zu 5. und hatten genügend Platz. Wir waren zum Motorradurlaub machen auf Sardinien, dafür ist Orosei ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Also uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
