“Staff was terrible from the get-go not enough training was very obvious, horrible customer service, and on checkout the guy had no idea what he was doing. I forgot his name, but oh my gosh wanted to charge me for parking and didn’t give me the right receipt. He gave me a receipt for just the parking the guy was all over the place. Breakfast area was closed.”

“Friendly staff. Older decor in room, bathtub seemed old/stained. Check-in was smooth and allowed for late checkout. But breakfast pastries should be included for the graduation rate we paid. ”
