THE SPACE
Villa Volpe is a 65 m² architect-designed glass cube — a modern, single-storey structure wrapped in greenery and fully surrounded by a private landscaped garden leading straight to your own beach area on the lake. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood every room with natural light and frame the lake as a living work of art.

BEDROOMS— Sleeps 4
• Bedroom 1: King-size double bed, built-in wardrobes, direct access to the garden, large artwork panel above the headboard, and views of the surrounding greenery.
• Bedroom 2: King-size double bed, garden-facing sliding doors, bright and airy with natural light throughout the day.
• Both bedrooms are elegantly dressed with white hotel-quality linens and freshly rolled towels prepared for your arrival.

BATHROOM
A fully designed en-suite bathroom features a large walk-in glass shower, double washbasin, bidet, heated towel rail, and generous natural light. The bathroom is fully wheelchair accessible with step-free entry, wide corridors (min. 80 cm), and a roll-in shower.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The heart of Villa Volpe is its bright, open-plan living space. A comfortable sofa with colourful cushions sits opposite the lake view, with a dining table for four just steps away. The fully equipped kitchen features:

THE STORY
Villa Volpe has roots that go back to 1956, when the Broggi family discovered Lake Orta by chance on a motorcycle ride and fell instantly in love. Decades later, when son Silvio faced mobility challenges, the family transformed the small garden structure into a fully accessible, beautifully designed home — a project completed in 2013 after years of perseverance. The name "Volpe" — fox in Italian — honours the ingenuity and determination of the woman who made it happen. Today, Villa Volpe is a place where family history, thoughtful design, and the timeless beauty of Lake Orta come together for guests from around the world.
