Luckily, we found them as soon as we entered the room and didn’t stay long.
When I went to complain, I had to wait 20 min for the front desk admin to finish cleaning our units. Seems like a one-person show.
When she returned, she said she wasn’t sure if she could process a refund and would have to contact the owner, so we left.
Luckily, the refund was processed by next day.”

“The balconies are not private, they are shared with the entire floor, which was disappointing. The staff were gossiping about somebody else calling because they had two rooms booked in their name with 4 kids and should have only had one room but they had 6 people, not enough towels in room. Pool was nice. ”
