“We tried to check in. Repeated use of the "intercom" eventually brought a kid to the desk. And he promptly disappeared without a word. He finally came back and said the manager was at "Lewis." I told him I didn't know what that meant. When would he be back? He didn't know.
The manager finally showed up and had problems finding our reservation in the system. "Oh, here it is. You check out tomorrow morning." No. I reserved two nights.
