The temperature is warm in winter thanks to the underfloor heating and cool in summer because the house is well insulated and made of natural stone.
Pets are not allowed due to severe allergies!
A large private terrace is available for you to get some fresh air, smoke, or have a drink! I am available to provide any information or assistance you may need.
In my apartment, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, but no food will be provided. You must bring your own and take it back when you leave!
The apartment is equipped with high-quality linens and high-quality, oversized beds. Two bedrooms have a 180x200 cm box spring and one bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed.
Free oversized linens are provided once per person.
A Miele washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your convenience (detergent not provided).
The kitchen is new with new, high-performance appliances.
