Goditi le vedute panoramiche dal terrazzo schermato. (No mosche o mesquitos). Molte unità non hanno mazzi schermati. TRAMONTI CON UN VETRO DI VINO O MATTINA CAFFÈ. Che modo migliore per iniziare una giornata o finire una serata. NESSUN PASSAGGIO. Sconto del 10% sul noleggio settimanale. Condo è stato completamente ristrutturato nella primavera 2017. Nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio, spazioso frigorifero con portafinestra, pavimenti in marmo, lavabi da bagno, sgabelli, illuminazione, mobili. Divano in pelle e divanetto. 4 Schermi piatti (piccolo set di bdrm per Netflix). Master suite ha letto KING, 2a camera da letto ha letti QUEEN e TWIN, 3a camera da letto ha una REGINA anche. Il maestro cammina verso il ponte. NUOVO HVAC. Grill elettrico (non preoccuparti mai di rimanere a corto di propano). Il LEDGES è un luogo altamente desiderabile in cui soggiornare e adatto alle famiglie. 5-10 minuti ovunque tu voglia andare. Ristoranti, golf, parco acquatico, outlet, mini-golf, percorsi go-cart, Miner Mikes e The Landing. Ledges ha una spiaggia per i bambini con piscina nelle vicinanze e una seconda piscina sul punto. The Point Pool o il ponte schermato del condominio offrono viste panoramiche sul tramonto. Materasso gonfiabile molto confortevole per 8 e 9 persona. 10x30 BOAT SLIP disponibile per $ 20 a notte. NO ANIMALI DOMESTICI O FUMATORI ALL'INTERNO O SUL PONTE PER FAVORE. Potrebbe fumare davanti. Letti super comodi e biancheria da letto bella. Ho provato a pensare a tutto per il tuo comfort. Very nice condo

Condo is very nice. You can tell it has been updated. Location is a very short walk to the docks. It wa a great having the condo At walk in level. Saves alot of steps. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels etc. Would definitely recommend.

Weekend Get Away

Great location. Unfortunately we had some rainy days, but the boardgames provided kept us entertained while at the condo. The pools on site were perfect even with a few sprinkles.

Fun Girls Trip

Condo was perfect for our girls trip ranging in ages from 2-84. Room was exactly as the listing. Easy walking from the parking lot which was great for grandma. Screened in porch made it great for the evening, NO BUGS! Cheryl was great to reach out with all the information needed. Will definitely be returning!

Girls weekend

We were very happy with our stay. It was a little noisy above us but we attribute that to kids staying in that condo. Wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very communicative and we weren’t afraid to give her a call. Would book this again!

Excellent Condo at LOTO!

The property was beautiful and just as described. Cheryl was easy to work with and responded to questions quickly. The accommodations were well taken care of and the amenities were just what we needed. We will book again!

Ground floor entry

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable condo. The beds were comfortable. There was no boat slip as listed so we did have to pay extra for that. The kitchen was furnished with dishes, pots and pans. No condiments so bring those. We did have a dispute about the condition when we left. I left a skirt there and have not heard it was found.

Perfect Lake Getaway

I took my adult children for a much needed mini vacation. Needless to say I picked the perfect spot! Incredible views, beautiful condo, great sandy swim beach . Cheryl has thought of every detail to make her condo a stress free vacation spot. We will definitely be back!

Nice Place for Family Vacation

We were very happy with this property, and we plan on returning to the same place next year for our family vacation in the Ozarks. The photos in Homeaway were accurate, and it has been nicely remodeled. The entry to the property was easy as it’s level with the parking spaces. Sometimes we had a hard time getting a space right in front of the condo, but it was a busy vacation week. Google Maps led us (and our visitors) accurately into the Ledges complex. We did have problems when we arrived with the keypad on the front door, but Cheryl was able to walk us through via cell phone. The kitchen was set up and furnished well for family meals, snacks, and such. We did have to get a couple nicer skillets/pans from Walmart, as the ones there weren’t in good shape. Living room was comfortable, TV worked well (with cable), and WiFi worked most of the time (needed a couple reboots over the week). Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for family of five with three young adult / teenage kids. Master bedroom is big, but the king size bed is very firm (too firm for us). The large screened-in deck was perfect, and we spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings there. No bugs. Electric grill worked surprisingly well. Rolled shades stopped the afternoon/evening sun, but still allowed the breeze to come thru. We used the boat slip for a couple of days with a rental pontoon and Waverunner from nearby Agua Toys (basically in the same cove). Plenty of ducks, turtles, and small fish around the dock and beach to keep you interested. We used the beach, but not the pools much. The recent bad weather had left a bunch of floating debris (sticks, wood) in the lake and at the beach, but this cleared up after a couple of days. We hope to stay here again.

Great location, very clean

We stayed at Cheryl’s condo with another family and it fit us all very comfortably. Everything was very clean. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. The boat slip could be seen from the screened in porch, which was a bonus for us. Location was great. Close to Dog days, shorty pants and Redhead. Cheryl was great at answering all of my questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay. Great location and beautiful sunsets at night. Condo was nicely decorated and very clean, we really enjoyed the screened in porch! Weekend traffic picked up along with noise from neighbors, but overall great stay!

We loved staying at the Ledges. The condo was great for our girls getaway. Having a beach and 2 pools was fantastic. Very well located. Easy drive to restaurants, bars, grocery store and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay at Cheryl’s place. Everything was clean and modern. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Check in was easy. It was not necessary to go to an office, just needed the passcode which was very convenient. For future guests, there is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig so you can bring your own K cups. The location is great! We went mini golfing one day and visited the Bridal caves along with the Ha Ha Tonka Park another. We look forward to staying again.
