Questa casa con 5 camere da letto e 5 bagni è davvero incredibile. Avvolgere intorno al mazzo offre una vista a 180 gradi. Ampio soggiorno caratterizzato da soffitti a volta e viste mozzafiato sull'acqua. Tutte e 5 le camere sono spaziose recentemente ristrutturate senza alcuna spesa e viste mozzafiato sull'acqua. Ogni camera ha i propri controlli della temperatura e televisione via cavo. La posizione è vicino a negozi, banchine e ristoranti. Le stelle di notte sono davvero spettacolari soprattutto dalla nuova vasca idromassaggio! La casa ospiterà comodamente un grande gruppo. Il proprietario proverà ad accogliere richieste speciali. Un sacco di parcheggio. Scivoli in barca disponibili al porto turistico di TanTara. Pool comunitario. Sbrigati per favore le prenotazioni si stanno riempiendo. Just what we needed
We were looking for a location for a long weekend getaway with our kids and grandkids to celebrate a family birthday. The size and layout of this property was the ideal accommodations for our needs. I would agree with other reviews that there are some maintenance items and a few hazards with the deck and railings that need addressing by the owners, but it was below zero temperatures and/or snowing for much of our stay, so we mainly were inside. The kitchen was well stocked with tableware, cookware, appliances and gadgets - more than I had anticipated, so we enjoyed cooking together during our time here. Beds/mattresses were a bit soft for my and my husband’s liking, but the sheets were high thread count and nice! View of the lake is spectacular and visible from several of the bedrooms, which also have deck/balconies (which didn’t use due to weather). Overall, this was a pleasant trip and great location for our gathering.

Golf outing
Stay was excellent and lake views were outstanding, especially at sundown. It would have been helpful if the property description indicated that the 5th bedroom is actually a sleeping loft, and you have to go down a flight of stairs to access the 5th bathroom.

Nice place from a distance
Stayed with my wife and friends on the weekend we got married. Pros: The house had plenty of room and is in a great location. No lake access, but very nice views. There was plenty of silverware, cups, plates etc, and coffee makers. Nice hot tub. Cons: One of the people in my party is a house inspector, and he said this place has been used and abused. The house had lots of spiderwebs in the bunk room. The railing on the back deck is loose and dangerous. All of the TVs are old and not worth watching. The house looks great at a distance, but up close there are lots of imperfections and isn't nearly as nice as the pictures on VRBO show. I wouldn't return as I did not find the house worth the price per night.

Girls Annual Weekend
The location was perfect! The view from the deck was amazing! The house itself I'm sure was a rock star back in the day! I loved the big spacious rooms along with all of the windows viewing the lake. The kitchen was equipped with lots of everything. The house was in need of a deep cleaning and some real maintenance work. The sliding class doors had standing water in the railing along with black mold. There were windows that were lined with what appeared to be packing tap. The hard wood floors were great but all of the bedrooms were carpet that had to be the original carpet from when it was built. The bunk room smelled like dogs and kids and the upstairs master room smelled like smoke. The hot tub and fire pit area was full of weeds so we didn't use it. We had to take apart the girl to clean and put it back together to use. The handle is broke so be careful with that. I don't normally complain but there was so much that was hard to overlook with the money we paid. All in all we had a great time but would have had a better time if we would have gotten what we paid for.

We made it work
We were misdirected about the shuttle service to and from the Margaritaville resort and Marina, but we were able to drive our own vehicles to and from to compensate. Our property owner was responsive and updated the changed swimming pool codes when we discovered the error. The house would benefit from a deep cleaning. Under beds, furniture, and throw rugs were dusty. Lightfixtures, inside cabinets, and closets were grimy. Surfaces and service ware were clean. We used our own disinfectant and air fresheners to improve our comfort level and meet our personal cleanliness standards. Linens were insuffient for our 12 adult guests, but the owner had additional linens sent over.

Birthday celebrations!
We came to celebrate both of our kids’ 21st and 25th birthdays with friends and family. It was perfect location, wonderful view, and accommodating to all of us! Had pretty much everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinners. The young adults enjoyed the hot tub and the closeness of Landshark Pool/Bar. Only real issue was ice maker didn’t work and we only had 4 ice cube trays so we had to but a bag of ice. Also ANTS!! We had to make sure everything was off the counter, food wise, other wise they would have been in everything. We found some spray but that didn’t keep them coming. We grilled out one night and have to say that the grill has been used well. Broken handle and lots of caked on stuff. Over all it was a good weekend. Definitely needs a deep cleaning and not just a surface clean after each use.

2023 Family Vacation
Beautiful home! Juleen always replied to questions we had. However the rental wasnt quite as described. We planned family dinners around meals to prepare on the grill. The grill wasn't in the best condition. The handle was broken and the grill only worked on low or high. We also ran out of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. We had 13 people staying for 5 days. Also we were told we would have all of the amenities of Margarativille. When inquiring about a boat slip at Margarativille they told us that was only available for renters at Margarativille. Same with the shuttle service for the pools. We never did see a shuttle at all but again that was for renters at Margarativille. Some of the patio furniture was broken, a patio table was very wobbly and there was a broken window in the living room. There were loose boards around the hot tub and posts on the railings that fell off. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but for the price, the house could use a little love.

50th High School Girls Trip Reunion
This house was perfect in so many ways. The size of the house and the view were extraordinary. That made up for little maintenance problems along the way. The coffee maker did not work and that was a priority for our group. At least the owner tried to solve the problem immediately. Some hair dryers didn’t work but we managed since some people had brought their own. There were some ants but we just kept our food contained. There were so broken things like a cabinet door and a few other things but like I said, the size of the house and the view were so great that we could overlook the maintenance problems.
