We are very disappointed that our guests were not able to enjoy a comfortable stay at our hotel. About the taxi calling, we can contact a taxi service but it's better to hail a cab from around here. The service is available but they tend to cancel bookings for no reason. So, our staff often recommend Guests to hail a cab directly.
