잘지내다 왔네요
도착해서 아파트 키 추가 1개가 지정된 곳 열쇠넣는 박스 안에 없고 빈 박스만 있어서 당황했고 찾느라 혼 났어요..다행히 일어 하는 일행이 있어서 통화하여 다른곳에 있다고 알려줘서 들어갔네요..만약 언어 소통 안되었으면..어떻게 했나 싶어요..혹 변경된 일이 있으면 미리 톡이라 메일로 알려주심 좋을듯 합니다.. 전흰 숙박시설 위치 매우 만족합니다..숙소앞에 큰 마트 있어 잘 이용하고 잘 지내다 왔습니다.. 내집 처럼 편히 있을수 있어 좋았습니다.

從西長堀站6號出口出，只需2分鐘便到，係Family Mart 附近。房間很大，設備齊全。另斜對面有超市，可買水果吃。

Good location but hard to sleep
We liked the location of the property, but unfortunately the neighbor upstairs walked around so loudly it was hard to get to sleep and then he/she was up very early waking us up. Some of the windows do not have coverings so a lot of light from the outside lights comes through all night.

청소는 입실전 되어 있는 상태로 머무는 동안 하지는 않습니다. 수건을 많이 쓰시는 경우 별도로 챙겨가시길 권유 드리며, 위치는 지하철과 가까워 편하고 대체로 조용한 편입니다. 넓이가 아파트라 일본 호텔보다 지내기에는 좋으며, 가격대비 괜찮은 곳이라 생각합니다.

1. 아파트 건물은 좋았음 - 5점 2. 룸 - 4점 3. 청소 - 2 4. 시설 - 4 5. 성인4 아동2 사용에 넉넉했음 (매트리스 베드 4개 / 요세트 2세트 준비해주심) 6. 수건 - 3박에 바디타올 10장 / 세면타올 20장 넉넉하게 준비해주셨음 7. 시내 접근성 좋음 (렌트카 이용했음) 8. 주차비 - 인근 야간 8~900엔 정도 나옴 9. 호스트랑 메일로 소통 피드백 빠른 전체적으로 가격대비 만족함 다만 어린이/어른 모시기에는 약간 아쉬움

Osaka holiday
Family trip with an elderly. Very accessible and clean. There's 2 supermarket nearby and it's a great place to call headquarters, for the purpose of going to Kyoto, Nara and USJ. Can also walk to Shinsaibashi n Donotoburi.

더블부킹 대략난감
더블 부킹되어 하마터면 노숙할뿐 했는데 다행히 국내분을 만나 처리해주셔서 급하게 호텔을 호스트가 잡아주셔서 잠은 잦지만 택시비 들어간거 따지면 싼것도 아닙니다. 영어도 잘 못하는데다 전화까지 안되어 대략 난감했는데 믿음이 안가네요.ㅠㅠ

離地鐵近 周遭環境算便利 從機場到公寓想先寄放行李，但房東英文能力欠佳，還以漫遊電話委請當地日本人直接溝通，才得以順利將行李置放，住宿方面大致還不錯，房間很乾淨舒適，夠寬敞，但早上時間無熱水供應及晚上到凌晨時間，樓上房客腳步聲太大聲，導致無法入睡，整體來說都不錯。

the apartment is just 1 minute walk to the metro station. convenience stores, drug store and supermarket nearby. very nice owner giving clear check in procedures. the apartment provides enough amenities. recommend to family and groups.

nice apartment in Osaka
This was more like an Airbnb than a hotel but it worked for us. Family of 5 with access to washing machine. Close to subway which was convenient. Beds were a little hard but good enough for a short stay. They offered a pocket wifi which worked well the first day but got throttled after the second day. I guess the previous guest used majority of the balance so that was inconvenient. Recommended for a quiet stay in Osaka.

역세권 숙소. 조용한 장소
에어 비앤비 스타일의 아파트먼트 숙소. 기본적인 어메니티(수건, 칫솔 등)는 갖춰져 있으며, 사전 안내메일에 의한 체크인으로 집주인과 대면할 일은 없음... 바로 앞에 지하철역이 있어 이동이 용이하고, 편의점 및 마트에서 간단하게 끼니를 해결 할 수 있음. 남자 3명이서 머물렀었는데 별로 불만족이었던 사항들은 없음. 룸클리닝이 완벽하지 않아 숙소에 먼지가 많음. 샤워시설에 세탁기가 있어 간단한 세탁을 할 수 있음. 별도의 건조대가 없다는 것이 단점.

한번쯤 이용해 봄직한 숙소
전반적으로 관리인의 적극적인 이메일 안내와 응대에 높은 점수를 주고 싶다. 또한, 근린시설(슈퍼마켓, 편의점, 맥도널드 등)이 가까이에 있으며, 오사카돔구장의 이온몰이 도보로 이용 가능한 점도 좋은 점수를 주고 싶다. 다만, 숙소에 인접한 니시나가호리역은 우리 가족의 여행 동선과 겹치지 않아 조금은 불편했으며(우리가족은 20분 정도 걸어 요쓰바시역, 신사이바시역을 이용) , 특히, 청소 상태가 조금은 불량했다. 가능하다면 청소기를 한대 정도 비치해 두면 가족단위 이용객에게는 좋을 듯 싶다.

鐵路站5分鐘到達, 寧靜, 床鋪舒適, 香港人不習慣暖氣, 便用後會感覺很焗, 但落地玻璃窗上有一個小窗, 可透透風, 很好! 附近有玉出超市, 但地板清潔度不足, 有黏貼的感覺, 有洗衣提供, 但只有衣架, 沒有晾衣服的設施, 本以為房間是有門的, 可惜是沒有門的. 如有需要, 會再次入住

Good location, lack of amenities.
Location is great, 1 minute walk to subway station. However, there are a lack of amenities that is a deal breaker. Internet card basically doesn't work - after 7gigs/month limit they throttle the speed to basically unusable. The card already had used 7 gigs (1 week into the month) so we had no internet for the duration of our trip. I tried contacting the owner but no response at tall and we had to end up buying our own card. There are also very limited cutlery and kitchen utensils.

房間主人很用心
房間很大很舒適且乾淨，地點方便但且安靜，但冬天房間、廁所沒有暖氣，只有冷氣機可以開的暖氣在冬天實在不足夠，熱水壺有咖啡味喝起來很奇怪，整體來說很不錯就是冷了點。

awesome place with no wifi
The place itself was awesome and very spacious, but the wifi did not work probably because the guest before us use beyond usage limit. Be noted that you are only allowed to use wifi for webpage navigation. And i did feel a little offended as a foreigner by the note stick to the doors with messages like " please don't mess up the room or i will charge you more" even though i understand some customers stink

도톤보리 가는데 지하철로 2정거장에 아파트 위치는 조용한 곳에 위치하여 좋았다.
가족이 묵기에 좋았어요 넓었거든요 다만 엄청 깨긋한 느낌은 못받았구요 지저분한 정도까진 아니지만 여러모로 장점이 많아서 다음번에도 이용할 것 같습니다.

一开始发错了地址，到了那个地方以后，找不到钥匙，然后用备用钥匙进去以后发现里面还有人住。打了多个电话，说了会来解决，结果让我们等了一个多小时，然后发了邮件跟我说换地址了。原本的计划都被打乱，说补偿我们打的过去的费用。
