“I don’t have any complaints about the hotel. We just had a communication problem at breakfast. Pancake machine was not working and we couldn’t communicate it to the hostess. We ended up just having toast.”

Materasso scomodo, porta che non si chiudeva completamente (entrava uno spiraglio di luce da fuori) e tanto rumore di auto dalla vicina autostrada da fuori”

“Best Hampton Inn experience in all my travels. The staff is wonderful (especially TT!), the rooms clean and modern, and the shuttle to the airport is GREAT. It leaves every half hour to take guests to SEATAC and offers pickup as well. They also dropped my husband off at the light rail station. And they stored our luggage until our room was ready (and it was ready early!) Plus hot breakfast and good coffee. A+!”

“The room was clean, but well used. Front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. Had her air pods in and was curt when answering questions like we were a huge inconvenience.”

“Airport shuttle was fabulous! The local restaurant shuttle was a bonus. 12 pm checkout was excellent too. Loved the front desk recommendations for restaurants were great.”

“Skybridge has a wonderful staff, very helpful and accommodating. I loved the early and late check in. Room was ready and clean. The resturant was excellent. Compliments to the chef on the salmon crab chowder. Will stay again.”

“Very nice room! Close to the train station so it was easy to get around without a car or uber. Only thing I didn’t like was the hotel staff behind the counter at the time of our check in. She made us uncomfortable and made some jokes about stealing our things out of our bag and selling them to get rich when we asked her to hold our luggage.”

“Overpriced but a relatively good stay. Good but not great breakfast. Hotel was a little outdated.”
