“The carpet was a little stained bathroom cracks on all the walls and ceiling.
Shower leaked. Bed was rock hard sheets were scratchy. Breakfast was horrible. They had day old bread and muffins over cooked hard biscuits zero to no fruit, no yogurt and no milk for the cereal. What is the point of having a continental breakfast? If there's nothing you can actually eat. Oh, and the decaf coffee had grounds and lumps in it. 2 other guest refused to drink it and warned me of it.”

“The hotel was under construction and the fitness room and spa were closed and we were not informed and no discount was offered. There were two hangers for three people, the hair dryer was broken, a lamp was out, the world cup TV channel was terrible, the breakfast was substandard.”

“This Quality Inn needs to up their quality. Check in was fine, but when we exited the elevator we were met with a very warm muggy hallway. It was hot and humid outside and it felt as though a window was open. We entered our room and the room appeared clean enough. We went to turn down the AC only to find out the heat was on. While the AC worked, the carpet was soaking wet by the morning. The handle to the sink cold water fell off multiple times, but it did work. We were thankful...
