“Very cute place, nicely decorated. Very clean except couch was sandy so was the bed. We stayed in #9. The porch is unsafe. Very small you can step off the side or front on either side of steps, if you are not careful. You cannot see the lake from #9. You can walk out down a small sidewalk, onto the sand, then down to the lake. Very peaceful by the water. #9 is close to the main road US23. With the door open and screen closed. The traffic was loud. If I stay again I will ask for front place...

“When we arrived we had to text to obtain the code which took a while, we found the sliding door was unlocked before the code was sent. When you flushed the toilet a gurgling sound came out of the kitchen sink and it smelled like sewer. Kitchen sink took forever to drain, many windows without screens and the sliding door did not lock nor did it have a screen. Location is good overall comfort was good but the place certainly needs upgrades.”

“Every time we are at Barefoot Beach we instantly relax. It is actually hard to leave! Great facilities, beautiful beach, we have fun sitting by the bonfire. Well worth staying there!”
