We had a nice, peaceful couple's weekend at this property. The guest house was very clean and well-equipped. All the linen was fresh. The bed was VERY comfortable - it was top quality. Room was not clean and the bed sheet had a blood stain or similar on it. We called and asked for them to change it and they just said they would send up someone to get us new ones. Not change it out for us but to just drop them off. That alone was pathetic but then they never delivered them!
