“老民宿夫妻老闆，比較年長了，所以講話會比較大聲，房間沒有附吹風機，浴場也沒有附。但是可以跟老闆開口需要。他會拿給住客，但退房時也要拿下櫃檯歸還唷”

“Very clean room and bathroom and spacious. Mattresses did not provide much cushion but no big deal. Great location very close to kawaguchiko station and a 15 minute walk from the lake. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Despite the beautiful location of the hotel, the staff and facilities were unfortunately very uninviting. No amenities were given and everything had to be bought at an extra cost. Additionally the hotel bar did not have change so you had to pay with the exact amount if you wanted to get a drink. Finally, the room itself was decent, felt clean but unfortunately the futons were extremely uncomfortable (and I sleep on Japanese futon very often).
