Large house that offers a fantastic view of Emån. Just 20 meters away is the rowing boat if you want to take a fishing trip or take a cooling dip during hot summer days. On the first floor is the kitchen, which is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare good meals. Adjacent is the dining area with access to the balcony deck where you can grill, sit and eat or just enjoy the view. Cozy furnished living room. Down here, two of the bedrooms also have two single beds in each. At the entrance is a large and nice bathroom. On the second floor there are three more bedrooms with two bunk beds in one and two single beds in the other two.





To see and do in Påskallavik and the surrounding area

In the area is a hydroelectric power plant with old genuine buildings. Fishing license must be purchased. The nearby community of Påskallavik is only 4 km away and offers both a grocery store, a fine inn, a small marina and a beach.



Kalmar is worth seeing with, among other things, the castle. Then take the bridge over to lovely Öland with its beautiful sandy beaches, rural shops and Stora Alvaret, which is known for its rugged and unique flora and fauna. Outside Kalmar is A World of Dinosaurs, an impressive museum that is one of Europe's largest dinosaur exhibitions with an impressive collection of over 100 life-size dinosaur models. A visit to Vimmerby to Astrid Lindgren's World Theater Park is also an experience.
