“Er was een klein maar prima zwembad. De hottub hebben we gelaten. Dat voelde wat minder hygiënisch. De gym stonk naar heren voetbal locker room, geen pretje. Verder was het hotel en de kamers prima. Bij het ontbijt wegwerp bordjes en bestek.”

“Good location. Have direct access to the lake from property. Room clean with a kitchenette and microwave oven. But it was super noisy and unbearable in the bathroom with loud vent/fan linked to the light switch and not possible to turn it off separately. Also the noise from upstairs room while other guests walking or kids running was really annoying too.”

“Enjoyed the stay, would like to see more emphasis on use of Canadian product. Be aware the use of the pool, can become quit noisy. But great place if you are bringing children along.”

“This place had everything to be a great stay, but it’s terribly maintained. We spent the long weekend there and from the moment we arrived we were told there was no internet and we would get a 20% discount on our stay. I asked about this and multiple times staff confirmed they would refund 20%. They also said it would be fixed in 24h, then another 24h and so on. It wasn’t fixed, and I am still waiting to get my money back.”

“This condo was perfect for our 9 night stay in Osooyos! Proximity to the pool was the best part, spent many hours there! Had everything we needed - towels, toilet paper, spices, etc. And BBQ was a great bonus. Nice little welcome treat that was much appreciated :) Beds were very comfy, couch and tv were perfect for when we needed a break. Would definitely recommend! ”
