“Every business should be responsible of what they state on booking platform such as hotels.com (expedia). If you declare that the room has kitchen ware, cutlery, refrigeration then I'll have to find it and not been asked to pay $35 to upgrade to a room which has it.”

“Booked hotel because it had an indoor pool. It was closed for painting. Why on one of the busiest family weekends of the year? Unaware hotel allows pets. Ran into a dog the size of a small horse in the hallway. Makes me wonder how many accidents, pet hair, etc gets left. Room had a lot of wear & tear in the bathroom & every door frame was beat up.
