Toilet extremely low difficult for elderly
Balcony dirty with spider webs everywhere, mold around windows, could not use it at all. Odd chairs with tiny side
On check in we were told wifi was down and that they were working on restoring it but it would probably be weak which it was.
Kitchens closed for renovations so hot breakfast had to be ordered for us to heat in microwave. First morning got breakfast on time, following two mornings we did not order and...

“Every business should be responsible of what they state on booking platform such as hotels.com (expedia). If you declare that the room has kitchen ware, cutlery, refrigeration then I'll have to find it and not been asked to pay $35 to upgrade to a room which has it.”

“Overall a pleasant stay. This is our second time at Watermark. We stayed in room 334. Nice lake view room but it also overlooks the pool which is quite noisy. So it made it tough to enjoy the balcony the room has. Rooms are well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Starting to get a bit dates in my view but still a solid room/property. Coffee and cream in the room is nice. Having glassware and dinnerware in the room is nice. The full size fridge is also a nice amenity.
