“Washroom was it terrible shape Tub dull & not very clean tub stopper discolored, no tub mat went and bought one mat & tub drain stopper fridge had food in it coffee put discolored floors not washed (laminated ) floors gritty with sand from the beach no screens in window had to have a/c running 24/7 was not impressed ,nothing like phots of rooms on the Expedia site ,parking is not great Friday night had to park on hwy 3 in frontage of the resort overall not impressed ...

“This place looks like a motel in a quite vineyard, it is not like a resort. It is not very close to downtown, so nowhere to go at night if you don't drive. I am surprised it has so high scores in Expedia.”

“Every business should be responsible of what they state on booking platform such as hotels.com (expedia). If you declare that the room has kitchen ware, cutlery, refrigeration then I'll have to find it and not been asked to pay $35 to upgrade to a room which has it.”

“The property is located on the lake with a sand beach and beautiful view looking down the lake. The staff were pleasant and helpful giving us clear instructions. The room was clean and with updated painting and closets etc. However, It felt rather cold and sterile but nothing that a few pictures couldn't fix.
