“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful given our situation where we had to take care of sick family member at RSHS.
The staff ensured that we can have rooms to stay in daily basis.

“This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.”

“The first assigned room was uncomfortable because too noise from the roads (it was a corner room).
But the hotel manager and staff were very professional and replaced this room with a more comfortable one.
I also appreciated the hotel staff friendliness and continuous attention to the Customers' needs. I'll come back for sure in my next trip!
Breakfast good and huge.
Gym and sauna small and not so attractive.”

“The room is so spacious for three person. Comfy bed. But got mosquitoes during night. Thanks to the staff for giving us the repellent. The tiles have black stain but still clean. The shower lack of ventilation.Having a difficulties to control flow of hot water. The breakfast is really good even though don't have much variety. Maybe can add on some fruits or cereal after this. All and all, it was a good place to stay if you want to save budget on accommodation.

any questions i had about languge were answered with explanation to help me understand. really a great staff. really nice to stay where you are treated so well. Meuni ramah pisan stafnya, hatur nuhun sadayana. ”
