“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Bandung. The rooms were exceptional, but we were particularly impressed by the breakfast and the incredible friendliness of the staff. Bima's attentiveness and helpful advice, in particular, will remain unforgettable. We will be back!”
“All over was nice except the toilet seat, stained yellowish colour even though the staff had tried scrubbing it. Convenient for shopping, karaoke and cinema. ”
“Yes hotel was very nice. All staff are Friendly and helpful who never failed to smile especially reception desk Staff Nabila who goes extra mile in making my stay very pleasant. Perfect Hotel location with alot of foods restaurant & dining & shopping just outside the hotel. We we located at swimming pool and gym level so it was great!! Room service was delicious too ”

My son was sick, the staffs managed to reached out to physician and visited him in the room. Also bought prescribed meds and delivered to room. Great room service as well.”
“Usually always chose to stay in resort type during our stay in Lembang/Bandung. But due to major holiday and almost all of our favorite hotels are fully occupied already, this is the next best one we can found.
Better than my initial expectation. if you are come for business not vacation, then Hotel California may be one good option for your consideration,”
“The first assigned room was uncomfortable because too noise from the roads (it was a corner room).
But the hotel manager and staff were very professional and replaced this room with a more comfortable one.
I also appreciated the hotel staff friendliness and continuous attention to the Customers' needs. I'll come back for sure in my next trip!

“This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.”
“The room is so spacious for three person. Comfy bed. But got mosquitoes during night. Thanks to the staff for giving us the repellent. The tiles have black stain but still clean. The shower lack of ventilation.Having a difficulties to control flow of hot water. The breakfast is really good even though don't have much variety. Maybe can add on some fruits or cereal after this. All and all, it was a good place to stay if you want to save budget on accommodation.

Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice.”
