“When I walked in to the lobby, another guest was changing rooms because his Floor smelled horrible. He was switched. I asked when I got to the desk to please not put on that floor and not to be placed near children ( I am always place near loud kids) I was coming for a get away to rest and possibly a good nap- It was also our anniversary too.(I am a caretaker for family that does not allow me to rest.) “Ac was not cool sweating all night”

“This says “good for families” and I think that statement needed to be qualified: “good for families ON A TIGHT BUDGET.” We stayed here at the last minute because our original booking close to LSU fell through for silly reasons. Given that it was graduation and baseball weekend, it was a miracle we found this location at a cheaper price than what other comparable locations were charging. The first issue was that our first room didn’t lock. To be honest it seems as if someone had tried to break...

“It is not a completed Boutique Hotel. Building is being renovated and sits behind a lower level motel. You check in at the other motel and drive through the parking lot to an unmarked building. Lobby is unfinished. There is a handful of rooms down a hallway. No staff. Room was ok. Dirty in corners of the room. AC/Heat control on the wall did not work. No ice or vending machines available. Parking not identified or marked. ”

“Rooms was not clean, cobwebs in the corners an the ceiling... the main entry light did not work (no bulb) in it. 2 days in to my stay, had to change rooms cuz of bed bugs (room 133) Ice machine doesn't work. I do not recommend staying there”
