“Think the pool was indoor and mineralised without the usual chlorine with the other pools. A good chill up place. The whole space is so peaceful and staff were so friendly and helpful. They are attentive and hospitable. Breakfast was delightfully presented that awakens the palate.”

“It's missing so many things. Towels need to be replaced. Worst of all, the elevator access to our rooms was outside of the building compromising the safety of your guests.. a lot of bugs flying around your kitchen near the lobby.”

“The photos are deceptive. The rooms are small and dark. We didn't get a drop of hot water while we were there, or anyone to clean our room for the weeklong stay. Apparently, that is extra. We checked out 3 days early, and they refused to refund the difference from our shortened stay. ”

“Sink in bathroom drained very poorly, AC when you take the key out of room to go eat or shopping the AC goes off come back the dam room is hot as hell ,I paying for the room the AC should stay on that is not acceptable when you pay for a room,paid for 5 days stay 2 because of it ,bed very uncomfortable hard . If that's the way the AC works they should post that on the room list on their website. ”
